The Game of Thrones TV series - Season 4
I don't think anyone would make the connection between Lorch chasing a random kid and him ending up dead with an assassin's dart in his head. All of Clegane's hanged buddies would seemingly attest to that, too. I just think Tywin liked the game they were playing and didn't really consider it anything more than that.

Looking for a New Game? Ask Here!
Magicka, Worms Armageddon, Trackmania are all good LAN games. Most RTS games too. If you own Half-Life 2 there's a mod that lets you play co-operatively which I've heard is good but I've never tried it out.

Diablo III
Speculation: [spoiler=More speculation]I'm thinking Adria will be an expansion boss too. There's also the possibility of Melthael (missing Archangel of Wisdom) coming back and being corrupted or something. In Act 2 of Nightmare Mode, work's kept me from playing much, so some friends and I made new characters since their main ones have levelled past my Barbarian. Nobody rolled a Barbarian in our new group of characters since they make everything really easy, I've found.

From what I am aware of, Book 1 is 12 and Book 2 would be 14 since LoK is meant to be 26. Of course, given how widely successful this series is, I would not be surprised one bit if the creators decided to contemplate on a third. That's just me and my crazy imagination though. It's amazing how Amon is somehow still able to legitimately scare me, and I have a very difficult time to get the feel of horror to where I've yawned and giggled with amusement at movies and books that supposed to be terrifying. EDIT: Anyone else took observation at how all the platinum in Hiroshi's workshop alone almost rivals the amount we ever mined in human history? Those were just the prototypes. Yep, Korra was originally meant to be just one season of 12 episodes, but they were given a second by Nickelodeon along with an option for more if they want to keep going. I think the first season was pretty much finished before they were given the go-ahead for a second one so you can expect the whole Amon storyline to not be dragged over another season, I think. And Amon's ability to pretty much instantly maim a bender is pretty creepy, yeah.

I assume it's just force of habit. If they use Earthbending normally 90% of the time they end up tearing up the city. And until last episode, the only dude who was using electricity was Amon's lieutenant, I think. Maybe Lin will use some earthbending now she's quit the force. She's been Spiderman and Wolverine, now she can be Batman. :v Also, Amoan everybody: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84lw4ouziF4

Finally got to see Tenzin do some airbending, even if it was only a little bit. Also I hope it's the exact same Firebender that's been going around killing everybody's parents. I was honestly surprised they went with fire again, that's, what, three times in a row? I would've expected them to mix it up with maybe a waterbender/earthbender just to cement the whole "all benders can be arseholes" aspect. But I guess it fits with the Fire Nation. I liked how the metalbenders breached the factory like a proper SWAT team, but with the hands ready to bend instead of guns. Really like how the season is progressing so far. I hope the finale is a giant robot versus giant avatar state Korra but that is probably too ~anime~.

Diablo III
It's so easy it's a disappointment. Definitely having buyers remorse on this. The game is pure hype. It's too easy. The graphics are like tier 2. The pathfinding is so bad it reminds me of old runescape where you get stuck on everything. Its unoriginal. I could go on, but after 2 hours of it plus lag (lag in single player WTF), i'm probably going to shelf it. Its a $20 game and if you buy shit through their pay2win auction house you are a FOOL. Did you not play D1 or D2? Everyone i've talked to who have been die hard fans of the prior games love D3 as do I. Nope, and with an objective opinion I can safely say that this is going to be an even bigger nickel and dimer than mass effect 3 and day 1 dlc and extended ending dlc and whatever bullshit they figure they can tack on to a dead franchise. As for Diablo, well the whole game is geared for one thing. You buy shit through their auction house and Blizzard gets a cut of the action. If EA wrote the obtuse and open ending for mass effect 3 that requires further purchases to understand then Activision designed the lack of options in character development which can only be remedied by endless rare items bought in their auction house. And you thought Jagex was money grubbing... I don't know which of these posts are dumber, "objective opinion" or judging the difficulty of the game when you're only two hours in to the easiest mode of the game. And your bizarre rant about 'pay2win'. Similarly, if you bought Diablo 3 expecting it to break the mold it's pretty much got down to a science at this point, I don't know what to say. @Spork - it's easy to get into, and incredibly enjoyable. It's pretty cheap for a AAA release, too.

They usually show up on the Nickelodeon site a couple hours after they air. I've never watched one there but the quality is apparently decent.

Goddamn, that was spectacular. The Equalists must have some industrial backers to be able to have such advanced technology and, you know, keep their own airship under wraps. Speculation: Amon/an Equalist bribed the refs because he needed the Wolfbats to win, otherwise the Fire Ferrets/Korra would've been on-stage ready to be de-bended. I am going to go ahead and guess it's either Sato or Asami because they weren't shown at all while all of it was going down. e - also holy [bleep] those fight scenes at the end. Pro-bending ain't got nothing on them.

The Game of Thrones TV series - Season 4
King's Landing is full of zombies. :v On a serious note, this episode was great, as usual. Alfie Allen is killing it as Theon, and it's nice to see something finally happen with Dany this season. Also the Spice King is so hilariously smug. Qartheen Grammar Nazi in the house.

Elder scrolls mmorpg
That's very disappointing. Opening up TES to co-op or party-style play would be great, but make it an MMO and it'll be just another interesting IP suffocating under WoW's market/gameplay dominance. Hopefully they won't stop making actual Elder Scrolls games after this.

The episode wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting it to be. The pro-bending scenes definitely made up for the dull teenage romance drama. I'm glad to see that it seems like they've gotten over it in one episode, now they can go back to the interesting conflicts. Also glad to see Bolin being rad and stuff.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Out of curiosity, are you the person asking the second line, or do you want to slap the people who point out the gramatical error? One my Dad always used to do if we asked to see the juice is he would pick it up (normally off the floor because that's where the juice jug always ended up), and then put it back where it had been. I'm not sure when we started asking to see the juice instead of asking to have it (as in I don't know where that comes from), but it proved to be a light hearted way to correct us. And I'm one of those people who will use a question to point out when people mistake can and may. I'm confused by the last sentence. My English teacher in the second grade: Me: "Can I go to the bathroom please?" Her: "Oh I am sure you can go to the bathroom, whether you may or not is an entirely different question." (insert very smug face here) At least this is what I thought of when I read it and it annoyed the hell out of me anyways.

Well then going by your logic Korra is just going soft on all the Equalists. Problem solved. But since your logic isn't correct (Kyoshi was about as far from Aang's personality as Korra's is from Aang), we're back to square one, aren't we? They knew Aang was the Avatar because he picked relics the previous Avatars possessed.
-
Avatar: The Legend of Korra
Why? Aang was still getting outfought by Ty Lee and he had mastered four (4) elements. They're setting up a credible antagonist with legitimate grievances to tell a story, which is why they have people trained specifically to combat benders beating a very young Avatar who has no experience in fighting beyond sparring and pro-bending some of the time generally when they have an advantage in either surprise or numbers. And I suppose your comparison to Aang would be apt if they were the same person but they're quite obviously not so ? I'm sorry you're not criticising the show and I'm not getting angry and I don't live in North Korea or wherever. You're 0 for 3 on weird assumptions so far. But I have been coerced into an intellectual slapfight over the internet which rarely happens so well done I guess

I use caps because I can't make an argument and I don't like this show getting criticized. Neither can I so I will use this MSPaint drawing check and mate good sir. Other than that, I don't really see what you're trying to get at with the picture or with you're whole neutering spiel. She's faced Equalists like four-five times? First time she didn't know what they were capable of, second time she knocks out the Equalists' second-in-command, third time it's a group of trainees not expecting, last time she was surrounded and still sent a bunch of them flying with earth and firebending. Please enlighten me how those wacky pictures would have helped her out in those situations. And the earth armour thing is pretty dumb, sorry. Also the fact that you believe the new series storyline is worse than TLA means yeah you should probably find something else to watch. I'm okay with people criticising shows I like if the criticisms are valid. It just sounds like you don't like the show. :v

The Game of Thrones TV series - Season 4
Joffrey's scene wasn't just to show that Joffrey is awful, it was also to show that there's no point in trying to 'fix' him, as it were. He was much more interested in sending a message to Tyrion, getting back at him the only way he could. Similarly it shows that Joffrey barely thinks of people as people, just objects. Which had been shown earlier, but I feel that this way was a lot more effective than not showing it (either at all or just showing the aftermath). It was the scene I've had the most trouble watching this season. I just feel like the acting is a lot more stilted and forced when they mash exposition and sex together. Two I can think of off the top of my head are the ones with Viserys and Doreah, and the one with Littlefinger and the two [bleep]. I'm not objecting out of prudishness or anything, I just think they could have thought of more natural ways to explain some stuff. S2 has been a lot better with exposition in general though.

Avatar: The Legend of Korra
And Korra is a master of fire, water and earth. All of which she's showed to be mediocre in. And don't give me that pressure BS. There was pressure on Aang, but there wasn't a war yet. He never fought in a real battle until after he was unfrozen. Even remember the first episode, he was incredibly childish. More than Korra who only wants to fight. Plus she was taught by Katara who knew what the avatar will have to deal with. It's understandable that the show makers just don't want Korra kicking ass, but neutering her like this to fit their story sucks. Don't be upset because I'm criticizing the show. Jesus. HAHA YEAH AND WHY DIDN'T HARRY POTTER JUST SHOOT VOLDEMORT AMIRITE GUYS? GUYS? I THINK I SEE A PLOT HOLE OVER HERE GUYS.
