The first... 30 minutes of this episode were goddamned awful, the last 10 kinda made up for it. The camera and soundtrack work in the final scene were pretty spectacular. The actual character interactions in the first part were terrible though. Seriously, did the writers just forget that Shane tried to rape Lori? And that Lori all but told Rick to kill Shane not even a couple of episodes ago? And I know this is a small thing but nobody thought to tell Daryl that Carl took his gun? Or give him any say in the matter of actually giving it to the kid? At least Shane was right about one thing: Rick is a terrible father. I miss Dale. R.I.P.

How about when you find a picture, you use your mind and think 'well would this be acceptable to post on the Tip.It forums?' and if the answer is yes you go right ahead and post it and if it's no then don't post it. You've been here four years, surely you would have at least the vaguest notion of what is alright and what isn't? And if it isn't acceptable, somebody will see the post, report it and the picture will get removed and somebody will go 'hey not cool'. And you will be able to update your database. Unless this post was supposed to be some meta thing where the text is actually the funny part, because if so congratulations it made me laugh.

Same here, and the only Australian server runs a shitty hourglass map surrounded by lava with no digging or anything. Also it's still pretty horrible connection-wise. Did have fun for about five minutes constantly killing some guy who was "griefing the other team" which I guess amounts to putting blocks in front of their face or whatever.

The past three episodes have definitely not been as bad as the end of the first season/the first part of the second. I also have money on Carl getting Daryl killed by stealing the handgun out of his motorcycle bag thing. He is probably the most annoying character on the show. I think it's the fact that he's a kid acting all adultlike, so the lines he gets make him way more infuriating than if he was an adult, which is more the fault of the writers/director than the kid, but he isn't a very good actor either so there's that too. Also the whole "yeah god doesn't exist you stupid grieving mother aha" reminded me of the worst kind of atheists. This has gone from a show I just enjoyed making fun of to a show I enjoy making fun of but also enjoy watching at times. e - actually now that I think about it Dale's death was dumb as hell. [bleep] this show. But still he interrupted T-Dogg's only line and that is not cool.

I kinda hope they go a lot more into how Bending shaped the way their technology and society as a whole evolved. It's the more nerdy side of me and I don't think it'll be explored too much just because of the kind of show it is but still. For example good Firebenders have a pretty decent relationship with lightning, so electricity could come from them being able to understand it more intimately due to feeling the way it works or whatever. Not sure about photography and other stuff like that, though. [spoiler=End of first series' spoilers]The ability to take bending away, you mean? It's been a while since I've watched the series. If it's that, though, I don't remember quite how it worked. Was it only the Avatar that could do it? If not, I would assume whatever government entity they have uses it to permanently disable problematic Benders they get their hands on. I am generally expecting it to go like that, and Korra switching to the side of the rebels when she finds out about them doing that. But, if it doesn't end up like that, I will be pleasantly surprised. Just like I was with the first Jet episode.

Light up and either watch Adventure Time or play videogames. Or read if I have any books to finish. I am pretty dull.

That's one of the main reasons why I hate this show, because grown men try to act cool about watching a show about ponies aimed at little girls. I'm fine if you watch it, that's your opinion, but some bronies need to stop rubbing it in everyone's face. Also I'm sick of it always showing up on my youtube homepage when people I'm subscribed to favourite or like it. "Some people offended my delicate sensibilities so I felt the need to do the same to an group of people only tangentially related to the people who offended me." This is what you are saying. I hope you understand that. But yeah, you sure showed all those "bronies" out there with your super scary story. You pro you. By the way there's an option to only show uploads on the Youtube homepage that's not really hard to find. You should make use of it if seeing a picture and a couple of lines of text makes you oh so angry.

the 3rd season was already requested at the same time as the 2nd. plus it seems like the main people want to make more episodes. i'm not worried. Yeah i know it's pretty much a cert, but theres always a chance, especially with the guy that plays watson doing the hobbit soon. (Thanks for the hide tags, Tripsis, I didn't know this forum had those! :)) The three-episode season works pretty well, apparently, letting the actors organise other work around it while still being able to film new episodes. I think Series 2 was actually pushed back a couple of weeks to film The Hobbit, or something like that, any way. Martin Freeman, the guy who plays Watson, has said that the filming schedule works well for him and he can see himself doing more series after the next, which is pretty cool. I'm sure I'd be able to find the actual quote if I looked harder, but effort.

If only there was some way to protect a file with some kind of word a person would need to input before they could look at the contents of the file. That would certainly make things simpler. Cricket carnival was pretty awesome. Got to catch up with some friends who made it down, get drunk, watch people hit things with sticks, etc. A mate brought down the first season of An Idiot Abroad so we all ended up watching that while drunk and it made it about twenty times funnier.

I've never tipped anybody and I don't know anybody living here (Australia) who has. Never been tipped, either, so I have no real opinion on the matter. Pay shouldn't be balanced around tips, people shouldn't expect tips, people shouldn't make a big deal about tipping.

Ah, really? I remember Moriarty talking about the Final Problem a couple times throughout the episode, too, that's pretty cool. I haven't read many of the actual books, I'm guessing there are a lot more subtle nods that I've missed in other episodes, too. [spoiler=Even more spoilers]I've been browsing some other places talking about the finale, and they've brought up some pretty cool theories too. The two I've liked (though they seem kind of implausible, but most things regarding this show are) the most have been that the cyclist and at least some of the passerbys were members of Holmes' homeless network, who controlled Watson and stopped him from getting too close a look at the body. The second involving the name of the episode: The Reichenbach Fall. Reichenbach is Rich Brook, so Rich Brook falls, i.e, they used Moriarty's body and the disguise instead of Holmes. This does bring up some other issues, but I like how it means that Moriarty's last ploy to beat Holmes ended up saving him. I don't know why, but making up/looking through what other people thought happened is fun as hell, and I don't normally get into it with other shows.

The second episode was mediocre as hell, probably the worst of the series, but it was followed up by far-and-away the best episode. I cannot think of a thing that rubbed me the wrong way about it. The season structure so far seems to go pretty great to mediocre to [bleep] yeah awesome, which is fine by me. [spoiler=S2 finale spoilers]Just how Sherlock isn't dead, I would be surprised if Moriarty is actually dead too. I don't know why, but I can't really see them getting rid of him. Plus I don't really want them too, because goddamn he's brilliant. I'm guessing Sherlock jumped into the rubbish truck while Molly threw a different body that looked like Holmes (something to do with how Moriarty made the kidnapped girl terrified of Holmes, a good mask or something, I dunno) from a different part of the roof. Watson doesn't notice because he was dazed from being knocked down by the cyclist, Molly switches Holmes' blood in the autopsy or something, problem solved. Alternate (read: dumb) theory: they talked about cloning in the previous episode. Not much else to say other than Benedict Cumberbatch being the most British name I've ever heard in my life.
