Seems perfectly believable, in my mind at least.
  4. whats wrong? inbox me bb xxxooo
  5. I want to tell you not to start sentences with 'and' but I can't remember if that's still a thing anymore. That's something you're commonly taught in high school, but it isn't a real rule. People do it all the time. And you're able to. They just teach that to make things simpler, people use and to start sentences all the time. Kinda like how everyone is taught that all essays have to be 5 paragraphs and your thesis has to have the 3 topics of the body paragraphs in it (or at least in my school that's what every teacher taught). Yeah, thought so. I generally only follow it when I want something to look all formal and shit.

I would put money on Amon lying about the spirits giving the power to him. He's already been shown to utilise propaganda, and what could get people more on your side than telling them 'welp the spirit world sent me to [bleep] up benders, let's get to it'? Alternatively, the most interesting theory I've read is that Amon is the Avatar and he was created when Azula killed Aang in series two of the first show.

  9. TVTropes. It has literally no business existing.

Don't they need your email acc to change the email associated? Yes. I don't know how they got around that. Recovery questions need 2 weeks to change and they changed them too. oh and [bleep] off Langzor this isn't funny. I only play this game to war for my clan and this is annoying as hell. It kind of is I'm sorry you can't see the humour in it

Now the healing process can begin
  12. Hey excuse me this is the TF2 thread please edit your post accordingly I've started playing again mostly being an Engineer. The most enjoyable thing I've found is to place Teleporters on the 2Fort battlements that send snipers to the intelligence room when they step on them. It's pretty much the only thing that map is good for. :v Generally playing incompetently to annoy players is a lot more fun than trying to win, I think.
  13. Hire a crack team of financial consultants and make them watch as I pissed it all away on useless things. Also somebody who would travel the world confiscating fedoras from anyone who isn't Humphrey Bogart

SEEMS LIKE ALL YOU MODS ARE PRETTY QUICK TO DENY THE SYSTEMATIC OPPRESSION OF POSTERS ON THE OFF-TOPIC FORUM OF TIP.IT BIT SUSPICIOUS IS ALL I'M SAYING
  15. The thing is, it would be a not too unlikely possibility that a class lies about what an unpopular teacher has done, so the question is how seriously they are going to be taken. Solid evidence goes a long way. If an entire class complains or even just corroborates the stories and it's dismissed out of hand, then the problem doesn't just lie with the teacher. I'm just saying I think that taking the time to order/buy recording stuff would just add an extra layer of complication to what should be a fairly cut-and-dry situation, from the sounds of it.
  16. Drive Angry - everything I could have hoped to find in a Nicholas Cage film. :v
  17. Why would you even need recording software? Is everybody else in your class deaf? Will they not back you up or something? I mean I guess I can understand why you'd want to turn it into some kind of wacky high-school spy movie seeing as the teacher seems like the academic equivalent of a hilarious supervillain but it really sounds like you're making a mountain out of a molehill. e- new page so I guess I will say that people putting their books cover up on a surface instead of using a bookmark to keep their place is pretty irritating.
  18. Aesop Rock's new single. If the entirety of his new album is of similar quality, it will be pretty [bleep]in' awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZkSLvrLRwKc
  19. You disgusting misandrist you
  20. Could you care to elaborate on that? I'd say someone compliments others (presumably that's what you're saying, but do correct me if I'm wrong here) aren't necessarily doing a good thing, depending on the situation. A 'true friend', by my definitions, would be honest but tact - compliments aren't sincere by necessity. Complements, not compliments.
  21. When my image links don't work. Fwiw, it was a picture of Lil' Wayne and his rad grillZ. If the picture worked I would have probably won some kind of comedy award.
  22. To be honest, I don't hold out much hope for it being anything better than pretty shit. I think the Game of Thrones universe will hamstring it in the long-term, they would've probably been better off creating their own bog-standard fantasy world. Of course, I'm assuming it's being made to cash in on the popularity GoT's gained over the past year or so, so I guess originality wasn't really an option.
  23. Bonus for Rainy:
  24. Picked up Blood Meridian, The Road, and No Country For Old Men, all by Cormac McCarthy. I've seen the movie adaptations of the last two, so I started with Blood Meridian. I thought they looked like they'd be kinda short, but I was wrong. I wouldn't say that it's hard to read, but it's certainly an involved process. Really enjoying it so far, insomuch as it can be 'enjoyed'. It's probably only the second or third time I've picked up good literature for purposes outside of school or university. Well worth it.
