I still play because very little has changed for me. Pking and staking were things that I was never really too much into. I much prefer monster hunting, skilling, playing random minigames and chatting with friends

Leave because they removed a portion of the game? Never. I'm too well rounded. That's the advantage of loving everything I do, updates like these don't have such a serious impact on me because I always find other stuff to do.

I actually thought that this one was very well done. That means he just spent more time working on it. But does it explain why they hate the update? No, it's just some mourning an reminiscing. It's not bad, and frankly if you're into nerdy remixes then you'll love how well it's done. It's just completely pointless to try and get a point across.

The more effort you put into writing nerdy poems/songs, the less time you spend getting your point across in a constructive and pro-active way :roll:

Not bad, but you have got to have more options. Steel bars is faster than gold ore for smithing No reason to go all the way to 90 with iron ores. Doresh-kaan course is inefficient because it requires food.

Look around you, this is hardly a "different stance", you're just one of many people who are all telling everyone to stop complaining about the update. Incorrect. Deflation has to do with the money supply. Also, merchants operated on both extremes. They didn't just sell stuff for a high price but they also bought stuff for a low price. Since they worked with BOTH extremes, having them disappear is going to have a smaller effect.

In self defense your goal is to "put the person in a neutral position" (or GTFO if he's using a knife because that's a massive disadvantage). You're not here to kick someone's [wagon] just to prove how strong you are, that's just an immature and irrational behavior.

30k is enough for you to give sharks/brews to the tank at bandos every 15 minutes. 3k isn't. It really depends on what you plan to use the 30k for. If you were hoping for them to loosen up and give you the ability to give 500k per 15 minutes how is that supposed to stop RWTers? the 30k is only for people to give a low-value item to their friends for various reasons. 3k isn't enough but 30k is. If you're trying to get a big item, the 30k seems like a lot. but then there's no reason not to use GE for a big item.

Why shouldn't a substitute be akin to it's predecessor? Isn't that the entire point? What are pkers looking for in BH? For it to be similar to the pking they love or completely different?

It's easy for you to say that now. What you're asking them to do is predict the future.

Btw, for sara boss I'd like to add. Keep a close eye on your energy and do everything you can to save energy. If you lose energy, you could die very quickly. I'm seriously not joking about how deadly she is. I went on a solo trip (insane, I know) and despite my 99 defense she was hitting pretty hard. I was doing ok until my character started walking. My first instinct was BREW, but while I was recovering as fast as I could, I noticed that she was attacking faster than I could recover! I died in a matter of seconds. She didn't leave me the time to tele out. That being said, if you have a team and if you don't run out of energy you will be fine. And you'll get more kills than an armadyl trip.

I disagree qeltar. The analogy is more like they have announced they will clean it up and are basically telling they will plant flowers after asking us which color flowers we want. Translating to, they cleared up all their mess and listened to people's suggestions to improve them.

I usually play the combat acc more than my main now. And I dont find the BH / DA update to be something to quit about. Egocentric? You're calling ME egocentric? I'm not an attention seeker, and I never put myself above people unless I have a reason. And the reason here is; I hate PKers. They're having a cry. THey're quitting. THAT'S MAKING SKILLING HARDER And I cant sell some of my stuff. This update is hard on me, also. Egocentric because you are unable to understand people who don't fit your play style. You are putting yourself above pkers simply because you hate them. Now you're being a hypocrite, blaming pkers for "having a cry" and then you whining about how them quitting affects you. Well just like you said to others, deal with it. So you defend the update for hurting the people you hate, but then you criticize the update for hurting you? That's the lowest of the low. Take your own advice and deal with it.
