A temporary solution - Dagannoth Kings
Solidus_77 replied to alphakoldes's topic in General Discussion
that's what I plan to do -
Lootshare is gonna be changed so that it shares big loot There will be a system where you can lend items and give up to 30k. Not a bad compromise
-
More rare then a Christmas Cracker in Runescape now.

I died there today, walked back and got my stuff back, Oh the danger!! And i killed about 40 revenant knights today also, so dont try tell me those are dangerous  Solo means without your friends to bless your grave. If you really did solo then I'd love to hear how you did it in 5 minutes Its the dagganoth kings, if your on a busy world a team comes through fairly constant. But in this case i had a friend on another world switch. Oh well obviously then that isn't dangerous and never has been (unless someone was able to loot your items beforehand). What is dangerous however is when you don't have someone with you to safeguard your items. -

And there are some people who want all 25? Many are those who want all 25, but few are those who actually get 'em 8-) . gotta be a super pimp to do that in one night Well even Zezima says (and I agree), that in order to achieve a skillcape you have to stick to one skill and do them one at a time. So it's best to stick with 1 relationship at a time \ God this analogy works so well.

Well done, you've just obtained the best income that a skiller can get =D> It is, the only difference is that you get 900k per hour so you can't call it "1 mill per hour" anymore. Furthermore remember that there is no time spent selling the nats so it's faster than it use to be. :D

30k sharks is a joke compared to the amount of planks used to get 99 con, or the amount of green d hides needed to get 99 crafting, or the amount of nats needed to be crafted for 99 rc. But you claim that they are all equal? Get real. 30k sharks is nothing compared to crafting close to 2 million nature runes. The difference between those two achievements is the difference between heaven and earth. Don't even think of claiming that they stand on equal ground. Edit: Well there is one thing there that you've said very well and that's that fletching/cooking skillcapes are great to serve as a starter. I totally agree that fletching OR cooking skillcape is great as a warmup until you move onto other skills. So basically if you're only getting it to warm up then by all means, go for it. The problem is when you get both fletching and cooking it and then you stop there. That's hardly a warm up, it just makes you like just another of the many insecure weak-minded people who all go after the easy skillcapes just for the sake of getting one.

Zero Punctuation: Hilarious Video game reviews
Solidus_77 replied to Solidus_77's topic in Video Games & Consoles
Right now I'd start feeling stupid if I hadn't done the care of performing a search... Thing is, I did in fact do a search but I searched for "Zero Punctuation". The other thread didn't mention that once so it didn't turn up Cool and yeah the orange box one is good (In fact it's part of the reason why I bought the orange box). My favorite is Manhunt where he basically owns pretty much every video game = violence argument in the world. -
This past year has been quite an impressive one for me. In real life I have accomplished a lot and even in RS I have really done some impressive stuff. It's during 2007 that I got all 4 of my 99 skill goals. I've even completed some really long-term goals such as aquiring a green phat, getting 85 mining and more. 2008 seems like a really good year with summoning and all, and I'll be specializing in monster hunting BIG TIME. This took me a few days and was quite dangerous. ROL saved me about 10 times  . Well it was fun, it gave me the opportunity to catch up on bleach, naruto and some other things that I neglected. Now, I will be an even more efficient hybrid at dks (which I love doing) and a PERFECT armadyl hunter with 99 range and 99 defense. This is going to be quite fun. Anyways so here is the level: The awesome message that I always enjoy seeing: The emote: Without trying, it seems that I've been alternating between useful and impressive 99s. 99 construction was my first, followed by 99 defense, then 99 runecrafting and now finally 99 range. The next 99 I will get will most likely be 99 summoning (unless I seriously hate the skills and/or see no value in it). Well until then I will be going to armadyl a lot. Fun stuff. But what a minute! That's not all! there's another achievement: 70+ ALL skills! And there might even be a third one.

It's an annoyance for me but nothing more than that. Never considered quitting over the update though

Ok you're right, he's British nationality but he lives in Australia. -
Hopefully I can get a choice between Northeastern, Tufts, BU, Lehigh and at least some of the 8 other colleges on my list. I've sent all the apps out and already gotten one back from wentworth! I got accepted! :D Congratz also Rebdragon, in fact you got accepted practically on the same day I did : I'll be hearing from Oregon State University next. If I get in there, I'm set

Wouldn't the stereotype be that they are all beasts at rugby? Heh, no. I'm judging on this years performance at both NRL and Union. Union, weren't they eliminated, like, in the first match? They were home in time to see their Finals clock count down to zero. And they didn't do that well in the NRL Season, either. :P But rugby's such a huge thing over there, and of course there's the world cup.

Blast Furnace More Profitable Than Ever!!! (Warning: math)

awesome! I was looking for a good way to lvl smithing without investing a lot of money. -
I stumbled onto some incredibly funny video game reviews by an incredibly fast-talking, harshly critical, Australian guy Yahtzee. He's done reviews for quite a few of the latest games (i.e. Bioshock, Halo 3, The orange box, Mass Effects). It's all videos so no text to read (although he talks pretty fast) Disclaimer: These reviews have some explicit language http://www.escapistmagazine.com/article ... unctuation There's a new review every week (comes out on Wednesdays)

I bought it just the other day and I'll be playing it after Christmas (when going skiing). Looks fun and I can't wait to try it out. Portal looks like a lot of fun

Don't forget apparently: - you all look the same - you're all good at math - Your last name is Lee Oh these are fun, to add to the list: -They are totally obsessed with one of the following: lord of the rings, Star Wars, Harry Potter, any Sci-Fi novel -They wear briefs -They wear glasses -They wear a shirt that's tucked into their really bad looking shorts -They are completely obsessed with one and only one anime -They are absolutely horrible with any sort of sport -They have a terrible sense of fashion -They sacrifice personal hygiene just to get more gaming time -They never get outside let alone even try sports -They have pocket protectors (I don't even know what these are tbh) -They focus explicitly on one thing and everything else either sucks or is "gay" -They have no social skills and generally act awkward towards members of the other gender -Despite failing, they are desperate to get a girlfriend or have some sort of pitiful relationship -They are heavily into role-playing games -They have never gotten laid -They lack confidence And my favorite (and the one part of the stereotype that always holds true): -They are totally insecure and when someone calls them a nerd they immediately come up with a long list of arguments that are supposed to "prove" they are not a nerd. :XD: Also French people love going on strike.
