My parents actually told me not to get them anything for Christmas since I'm living on my own now and don't have a job yet. So I just have to buy for my girlfriend, which I have no idea what to get her as of now. I'll think of something though. I'm just getting cash most likely from my parents, which will go to clothes and savings.

I hate having homework over break. Im hanging out with friends I havent seen in months all break and have to find time to write a research paper and do my take-home midterm for precalc.

Related: Im home in Socal for the week, and i found out my friends have pretty much taken a hiatus from Magic in my absence except for one, because he playhs competitive and the others dont want to drop money on it. Im with the whole not spending money, which is why Im sitting out standard this season. But were playing casually tomorrow, should be lots of EDH games.

I figured this was worth posting here: My last two relationships have been interracial. The previous one was with a Cambodian girl, her parents were super strict and she wasn't allowed to have a boyfriend. All her mothers friends were the same way with their kids, guess it's a cultural thing for them or something. My current girlfriend is Filipino , her parents are cool with her dating whoever, and they seem super chill. I'm actually really looking forward to meeting them, they seem really fun.

Just finished my last class, leaving on a train tomorrow morning at 5AM to go home. 10 hour train ride, oh boy. At least a friend booked her ticket with me, so we'll be riding the same train for about 7 hours.

SKYRIIIIIIM As I was walking to the mall to pick up Skyrim, a firetruck pulled up and 4 firemen hopped out and ran into the mall. I was kinda freaked out until I got to the line at Gamestop and they were all there waiting.

The only Gamestop around is at a mall and won't open until 10AM tomorrow. 15 hours to go. Excited as hell, preordered so I also get a cool "Premium" map that will go straight to hang on my wall.

Ugh. Walked my girlfriend back to her dorm 10 minutes ago, it is now 3:40AM and I have to write a rough draft of a paper and come up with an outline for a persuasive speech. Highly considering taking tomorrow off as a sick day, but it's my last day of the week, so I'd feel pretty lazy.
