I mean specifically which video card do you have. There are tens of different GTX 550 Ti cards. The specific model number of your TV would help also. Samsung TVs have a label on the back that has the model number, serial number, manufacture date, etc. If you aren’t sure which number is the model number, just take a pic and post it in the thread.

I am reading the max resolution of the card as 2560x1600 on the DVI ports on MSi's flavor. This puppy has no VGA port, however. Which vendors card are you using? Does it really have a VGA port or are you using a DVI-VGA adaptor?

480i = 640 x 480 720p = 1280 x 720 1080i = 1920 x 1080 What is the make & model of your TV? 1080 programming would look sharper on the set you describe, while 720p programming would be stretched to fit (unless you are both letterboxing and pillarboxing). 1080 programming will look sharper on most any 720p set, however. I suspect sound will be the bigger issue with what you are doing. How are you going to get anything but two channel stereo out of that eBay converter? :-?

I skipped it too. Once they started having members-only holiday events (ie: Hati Wolf), I decided I no longer had to be a completionist. I guess that makes me truly retired now. Back to the topic: I dont have anything against the capes per se. But with the de facto personalized capes that were brought in with clans, it does seem a bit like overkill.
