800 A.D - 1750. And first and second world war. Particularly Swedish history, since i'm very proud of it. I want to read about German history, WW2 excluded. It annoys me, that i basically don't know anything about German history before the 1900's (even tho i've taken extra history classes). Everyone is so obsessed with WW2, yes it's of huge importance, but there's so much more than Mr.Moustache and his doings. I have yet to do it tho. Something that always get to me, is that everyone knows about National socialism, but no one knows about the history of crimes committed in the name of communism. Two beefs i have with Germany after the war is that, ex-Nazis are still presecuted even tho they are in their 90s. It's a waste of tax-money and personal agony. I also believe the German people should get some balls and say, enough is enough. Germany still pay ridiculous amounts of money per year to Israel for something that the current tax-payers have nothing to do with. E: Watching a movie atm (will write about it in another topic), and realized that i need to read alot about Italian history. Most doesn't realize that it is a very young country. I should be interested in Rome, but i'm not (Even tho Lazio is from Rome hehe), i find the medieval history of Italy interesting.
  2. You can mix ram, the slowest stick will be the one dictating. Also, if you go 2+2+1b your speeds won't be optimized but you wouldn't notice i. Personally i'd just buy a third or two ram sticks and then overclock cpu+gpu.
  3. Go to your motherboards manufacturer homepage, visit your mobos page. Start your computer and listen to how the beeps go, then check on the site to see what fault it represents.
  4. I have avoided this topic so far. But i just want to say that, if the labels don't sell music (physical or digital), they won't fork out money for a tour to band-x.
  5. West Ham didn't get relegated though, I was hoping that would happen just for that I know they weren't. Just said that the Championship will be interesting. You'll have Norwich - Ipswich too for example.
  6. Just filling in: Seeding alongside draws. So you don't get a group from Europe containing i.e. Germany, Spain, Italy and England. The are an enormous amount of rivalries around the world... Some huge derbies in Brazil, São Paulo - Corinthians, Flamengo - Vasco da Gama for example. I would rank Leeds - Man Utd a bigger derby than what Man City will ever be (what an awesome cup game this winter!). You also have West Ham - Millwall... Damn, Championship will be extremely interesting this year. You also have Schalke 04 - Borussia Dortmund in Bundesliga. And many many more.
  7. I have something i have thought about. I would want to relive the life at this time, but to do something else. For instance, not that i'm a great believer of facism, but it would be the fastest way, i'd like to become a dictator of my country so the country would be sailing on the right course again. I'd also like to, in another re-living, be a football-pro (again in the current time). I'd also like to be taller.
  8. Would never buy it. I'm not going to exchange my mouse for some trackpad, touchscreen or whatever. I hate those pads on laptops, whenever i use a laptop i always hook up a mouse.

Hm, i had a normal upbringing i guess. I have cooked, washed, cleaned etc since i was 10... So i guess not as much "catered for" as some. I'm pretty much opposite in everything to my parents (and relatives), they are a bit more... How'd you put it "lalalala shiny happy world"... While i'm slightly more conservative. My 3 siblings have quite a good and more close relationship with my parents. I don't really know my siblings either, not much in common lol. Sure, some up and downs, but i'd say they did a good job. Only thing i wished for, is that they'd be a bit more demanding in the school/work-ethic/morale. Something that i will be if i ever become a parent. Something that i have inherited from my dad is that i'm pretty stubborn.
  10. I think they should be happy if they manage 4th place. I don't see them really being able to challange Chelsea, United and Arsenal (especially if they get a new keeper+defender). Milner wants to leave Villa, and their squad is already too small to effectively challange for 4th place. Tottenham, i don't think they'll manage 4th place again... If they qualify for CL they'll have alot of focus on it. I would say that City, Spurs and Pool will be challenging for 4th. Championship will be very fun with Millwall and Leeds.
  11. A Clockwork Orange. I didn't find Inglorious very entertaining. It's ok, i give it 2/5, but no more.
  12. Watched 20min of Man City - Sporting now, and Sporting just scored 2-0. City have their a team, so no u18 kids running around. And yes, it's a friendly, but their whole defence is crap. I see better communication and tightness in my countries own league. Sporting are owning the whole pitch. And Viera looks tired after just 40min, his positioning is all out of place. Joe Hart needs to scream a bit more to his defenders.
  13. Död Snö (dead snow) (nazi zombies in the Norwegian mountains+teens) HAHA! I [bleep]ing loved it! Haha, it was very long ago since i laughed so much thru a movie. Haha, some of the jokes: [spoiler=spoiler]When the guy has just taken a [cabbage] and the girl steps in and starts sucking his finger... Aahahahah! Or when he throws a molotov-cocktail and misses the zombie and hits the cabin instead and they pick up the mobile "Yeah hello? We're up at a cabin in oksfjärden and are hunted by.. Some.. Well, they seem to be some nazi sombies from the second world war, and now the cabin has caught fire and... Hello? Hello? Damn [bleep]! She hung up!" I have to watch this with some friends tomorrow or something, if they haven't seen it. Haha, [bleep]ing brilliant movie!
  14. It was Faye  I happen to know who she is, removed due to her affiliation lol..?
  15. Checked a couple of pages, and i noticed that 1, most posted are too skinny for me, 2, very few are attractive according to me.
  16. Is the Seasonic psu modular? You won't notice the difference in speed in ram unless your a bit into it. 5770 is worth it. But if you want to play games on high settings it's better to spend more money on the graphics card than cpu. Never heard about complaints about the 902 case fans. You can get some resistors to them if they are too loud. Cpu, as i said, i'd spend less money on it and more money on the gpu. Motherboard depends on what you choose, but out of those 3 i'd choose the i7. The i7 and AMD black edition are very nice to have if you like overclocking.
  17. Hm, dumb assumption. Better to spend time to increase prison sentences, more severe punishment and to catch the real asses.
  18. The only better thing is the HD, which is 1gb. But i don't know which model nor brand. CS with that gpu would be fine. But if you want to play any modern/future games on more than low settings, you need to change you graphics card. My build, with os (and depending on what monitor), would come to about 850-900. I would say you'd need to add at least 120$ to that build for a decent card, but it'd still be less powerful.
  19. More powerful hardware is out of his/her budget. It will easily play games at high settings, sure my monitor is only 1440x900, but even on my budget build, i can play on high settings without lag. Asus is weird in customer service sometimes, and MSI - i don't know if they've changed to better components yet - but their components are/used-to-be of cheap quality.

^03? That's newer than my familys car lol (99). I might as well ask you people here, most seem to be from north america and i guess most of you are 16-20. Which year is your car from? I'm interested in seeing how fast they get changed. Most pre-24 here can't afford one (taxes and insurances), and i'd say most here at that age would maybe have a car from 80's or 90's.
  21. If he stays fit and doesn't break once again, his good. Also, wouldn't it be nicer to create a new thread instead of using this one (i.e. locking this).. ?
  22. No problem.
  23. OldJoe replied to Star_Fox's topic in Off-Topic
Take your dad or someone that knows cars with you. Used cars can be unreliable, sure. But the word used doesn't translate unreliable. It has do with what brand/model, age, history, mileage etc.
  24. You plug the monitor power cord to a regular power outlet.
  25. It depends on budget and performance per dollar. If i'd choose the same performance from Intel/Nvidia, the cost would be significantly higher.
