Hm, i was surprised by Italy. I would have betted on getting past group stage at least. But, this will at least be an awakening for the Italian team. I'm not too much into Italian football, but their problem have been that there haven't been many new faces they've been able to take in. All the young promising players aren't good/mature enough, and the old are getting too old. I imagine, with my amateur view, that they'll be much more of a contender to the Euro 2012. I agree. But, legal programs such as torrent clients aimed towards legal file-sharing i.e. sharing Kubuntu or music which an artist decides to release for free, should not suffer due it being mis-used by users. If anything, they should be cracking down on trackers which uphold a majority of copyrighted files. But again, the problem i have with that is the absurdity of the charges. I know it's different in the USA, but i'll say it from my perspective and how things (basically) work here, it's that you can expect a more severe punishment for an economic crime than a physical crime. However, i'm not saying that economic crimes are just a piss in the ocean in the way it affects the country, but the old politicians needs to get their facts and targets correct. If the old bosses of media companies shifted their focus from hunting Joe towards the mentioned above -and- functioning, well designed, easy-to-use media downloading services they'd be making more money than paying their lawyers.

Ergonomics basically means fitting an item to a person/job. Basically, it reduces/removes the chance of repetitive strain injury. There are loads of distributed softwares which helps people get a hold of copyrighted material, are they gonna go after Bill Gates just because he used to throw the dice at Microsoft? Torrent programs are great, they are extremely cost effective. Any smart IT company which distributes software should use it, since they'll save loads on server costs. I like how the US governemnt, as well as mine, concentrate more on catching economic criminals rather than rapists and other physical harming people. For example, many of you know that the guys behind Piratebay were thrown into jail for 1 year and to pay 3m (roughly) in settlements, whilst my country lead the number of rapes per capita in Europe. A prime example of why I hate metal. Instrument wise I love that song. But the singing just destroyed it. Same with Metallica, great instruments, awful awful singer. USA - Slovenia starts at 16.00 gmt+1h (link to convert time in first post). Refs have been a bit so-so. Yellow cards when it shouldn't be yellow, yellow when it should be red, red when it should be yellow, or nothing at all when it should be either red or yellow. I think it's a bit problematic with refs from smaller leagues, however, this ref in the Germany game atm is from Spain (if i heard right, didn't pay attention) and spanish refs aren't exactly the cremé de la cremé either.
