Hmm well I think if you buy a dwarven stout you can get into the mining guild.. try mining coal in there. That will probably be your highest profit in f2p. Just because it's such a longgggg walk from port sarim/karamja to fally bank.

Depends what you do... I'd say fishing will get you more money, if your a member that is. Don't even bother cooking them if you want to make more money. Go for lobsters, swordfish, or monkfish. It may be a good idea to go to sharks too, but I always found them pretty slow. Edit: Do those when you have the appropriate levels.. So in light of that edit..go for mining right now..Coal makes good money. But better yet, take the time to get your fishing level up and your may profit more off that in the end.

Another tip for next time...make your recovery questions a little more vague. Make them something that only YOU would know. Not something that others can guess.

Sorry to say but it sounds like there is nothing more you can do. Obviously he is not the friend you thought he was, and you may be better off having your parents speak to his parents. The best advice I can give you for the future is to keep your account secure. Never enter your password on any other website except http://www.Runescape.com. As long as you keep your recovery questions set and up to date, then in the event that your account is somehow stolen, you can easily recover it. Never tell anyone your password, pin number, or recovery questions.

It's a problem with the messaging system. On one of my accounts I have two supposedly "unread messages" but they arn't there. I'll try to find the exact explanation of this, there used to be a thread by Mod Connor I think on the RSOF. If I can find the link, I'll post it.

Woodcutting!!!! It's my personal favorite. It's a great great way to make money to! If your looking to power level, just cut willows near a bank (draynor, catherby). If your looking to make money, you should cut yews (behind varrock castle, Catherby, etc.).

Well that is not entirely true at all. Jagex DOES care about what their players think. Jagex isn't happy if their players aren't..but there is a lot of reasons why they can't do a lot of the things players want. And even though you don't see them..Jagex is almost always present at these large "riots"... You just don't know it..because they're on their regular accounts, not their Jagex Moderator accounts. So just because you don't think you see a Jagex Moderator...doesn't mean they aren't there.

There is NO gray area here. It IS against the rules to do any form of drop trading, or any form of avoiding the trade limits set by Jagex. If you attempt to get around these, you are breaking Rule 2: No Real world trading If you attempt to trade items from one of your accounts to the other your are breaking Rule 8: No Multiple Logging. I'm not sure..but they may start cracking down on junk trading...I havn't kept up on that update though.. I don't know what "mod" said that, but it's perfectly fine if your willing to deal with a million people asking you for 3k... Personally I ignore all requests like that. It's 3k...they can't go chop some wood and get that in about 2 seconds?

I agree, that a lot of them don't take the necessary time to fully read the posts on the forum, but you need to look at it from their perspective...there are absolutely a TON of new posts created in just a short matter of time. And they've got to look through all of those, that's the point of automated replies as well.. speeds it up. But all my forum moderator friends try to do personal ones as often as possible. And they like to take their time. Could you tell me what problems that solves...? Mmm cookies!!!! *mod senses tingling* lol

That is why help sites such as Tip.it were created..so you can discuss things that Jagex does not want discussed on their own forums. It's just an idea..and you'd be surprised at what you can actually change if there are enough people on your side.

Your link on the main page for the Moderator Trainiee Promotion thread on the forums is incorrect. It leads to viewtopic.php?t=755705 instead of where it is supposed to. Also the April Contest Winner link leads to viewtopic.php?t=754937 instead of where it also is supposed to go to.

Do exactly as Bauke instructed. All players can report bugs. Make sure you fill out a detailed bug report and explain exactly how to reproduce it if possible. This will help Jagex to quickly fix it.

I absolutely hate it. I used to be able to merchant party hats and other rares like crazy, and now? I wait DAYS. I went from making upwards of 5m minimum easily a day, to making nothing. (Mostly because I don't play anymore...but when I do, I can't merchant at all).

Although I do not know exactly how they detect macro software, I think I know a lot more then you about their specific anti-macro tools. I'm still trying to figure out what Jagex has to say about this...as to whether it's legal anymore to use the windows tools or not.

A good tool, I'm not going to provide links or anything, is Runescript. It can track your experience over a designated amount of time. Telling you exactly how much xp you gained in that given time, and your estimated time to level. Could be very useful to you.

Undetectable? Nothing is. And this shows me that your true intention would in fact be to macro, not because of carpel tunnel reasons. Therefore, you would be swiftly banned.

Also, depends on how crowded the world is... the more people on the world, the faster the rocks respawn, which could definitely be a key advantage in your race to 99. And as a bonus...a lot of times on really crowded so called "dedicated" type servers, a lot of times you'll find normally active areas, surprisingly empty of other players. :)
