I do see where you're coming from. However, most JaGeX updates over over-hyped. We should expect that things arn't all they are made out to be. I'm quite happy with the updates, and use them as much as I need to, that's all they are there for. :

I'm in a similar situation to you Haseo, however mine was a personal choice. I'm starting my A levels next week, and wont be able to give them the attention they deserve if I'm trying to complete my goals on Runescape :| My parents do say I play on my computer too much, but they also respect that for me, it's a form of escapism and it would do more harm than good to stop me playing :ohnoes:

Personally, I see nothing wrong with training a certain skill purely for a minigame. People may choose to make money however they please, just because you prefer to RC for cash, doesn't mean we all do. I got 50 RC before the mini-game was released and wasn't very pleased with how much profit I made for the time I put in - I much prefer Hunter ;)

How is it in principal the same as rares? Masks and Pages come in the game everyday, i don't see new p hats coming in anymore. The principal being "hard to come by items" and "supply and demand". I didn't mean they are literally discontinued items lol.

I tend to finish by getting as many kills as I can, despite the task number. Unless it's a task I despise, then I'll tele asap. :twss:

It's all supply and demand. Same principal are rares really. They're seen as an investement, and quite a safe bet to bank money on. Personally I've seen a massive fall in the amount of God Pages obtained during clues, and I'm thankful I bought mine when they were 300k for a Zammy set. As for the Animal masks, I'm not too sure, I've only ever seen like 3 - and I can't stand the look of them! But then, if there's demand, with little supply - the price goes up :

Ah sorry, thought you were asking tips for MTK. Umm, flax/bowstrings isn't bad, however I can think of many other ways to make money. I can make much more via Runecrafting or Hunter. But that isn't for everybody. I suggest you don't just focus on money, and play for enjoyment, otherwise you may get bored of Runescape :?
