Yes, the Ditch is more beneficial for those noobs who complain about being lured and attacked, I mean, it's their fault. If they're so close to the wilderness or fall for someone's trap, that is their own fault. Now, us runecrafters have to pay the hefty price. It's not like it's a major time constraint now to runecraft, however it is definatly more tedious. Recently I began runecrafting 100k nats, of which im 8% done with :XD: and with this update, it will seem like even longer. Sigh, jagex doesn't seem to think things through sometimes. ~NOA

it's amazing, i like runecrafting alot aswell. recently i've only started to runecraft alot. rite now im in the process of makin 100k nats which im making for the xp and for the cash. i'll only need like 450k more nats after that for 91!! i don't play that much, but with summer coming, im going to be playing even more, so its all good. 97 rc impresses me! sure is an accomplishment. ~NOA

Ok well. This won't always work, because once we get more skills, the max total level will increase even more, making the ratio above 20+ or whatever. It's hard to distinguish because later on down the road the 126s with 2277 total will have 23 ratio, while it's 18 now, which is good? We would have to change it constantly with each new added skill. If you get it down to a science, i'd be amazed. Keep me updated!
