  1. I'm not liking the Disney font. What do you normally associate with Disney? I associate happy childhood memories. Definately not something I like seeing on a sig, and an abstract at that.

  3. Sorry for locking without a better explaination. What has been done is a bit more than maintence. A mod was installed that regulates sig sizes that are uploaded to your profile. Previously the only way sigs could be regulated is if they are dealt with on an individual basis. Now oversized sigs can't even be added to your profile. If you're having trouble uploading, it's because tthe server you are using to host doesn't use proper size headers. My suggestion is to try a different uploader. If this uploader works, keep using it. Just a refreshment on the rules, taken from right next to the signature box in your profile. Thanks everyone for understanding.
  4. You can't view flash files in signatures. You'll need to convert it to .GIF to be able to use here.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about a ripper from different boards. I can only suggest that you take this case up with the administrators of the forums you were browsing. They can help a lot more than we can.

While I appreciate the offer, I'll let zeeky get this one. I'd be happy to pay 100k if that's more in the price range you were looking for.

I like the style of your last sig, 80k for something similar? All I ask is that the text 'Peter' be in it, and possibly be a point of concentration. Colors are optional, you seem to have a knack for using blues and greys in your sigs, so let's work with those. My second choice would be reds. No, I don't need a sig, but I sure do want one :P.

You need to save the image as anything but .BMP, then go to a site such as http://www.imageshack.us and upload the image. Then put it into your post using tags. Put the link Imageshack gives you in between the image brackets. Oh, and there's a great sticky in the Help Board that might explain this better than I could.

  11. Actually there is a sticky for this, and has been since July of last year :). http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=12046

Don't take this the wrong way, but no that wasn't a compliment. I guess you never actually said what you did to this piece, how you made it, etc. Please share what you actually did to it, as I'm curious. For the record there are plenty of other programs similar to Photoshop that can do the same things.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but that seems to just be a photo with a few minor tweaks in Photoshop. At best it took 10 minutes, assuming you took the picture yourself.
  14. Hehe that's pretty funny. Well done too.
  15. Making sigs is a bit mor involved than Googling a background and slapping some text on it. Anyone could do that. They actually make the backgrounds with various programs.
  16. So what are you proposing is done? It's not like pixel sigs can be banned, neither can shops or contests. People can't just get better as you suggest in your post. It takes some time and practice, and I don't think some people are willing to put out that much effort. I agree that pixels are getting a little out of hand, because everyone thinks they can do it because they have MSPaint. But the reality of it is that you need to know how to draw, shade, and have excellent self-discipline. So again, suggest something be done rather than complain and there could be success.
  17. The kind of people who "do their worst" tend to not have anything better. Why would your worst on something? He should prove it with something better.

Imperfections will be dealt with via MSN after payment once you have posession of the .psd so you can accurately check for them. EDIT: .gif looked horrible after upload, .jpg fixed that.

There's a sticky for testing at the top of this board...

I'm assuming you want it on a transparent background?
  21. I completely disagree with different sizes. Go to a different board with larger sigs after browsing this for a while, it gets annoying. I don't want to have to scroll through the page just to find a post. Possibly larger file size, but even then we've managed for all of these years, why change it?
  22. New York lawmakers just recently outlawed taking pictures in the subways. Their reasoning I don't know. DeviantART just held a contest on subway phototography while they still could, and there are some beautiful shots. I'll be honest, some of the shots could have been set up a lot better. This is where I've got problems with my photography. The camera used could have been better quality, but that doesn't matter. I personally like the bridge shot the best, how you angled it. That shot with a higher quality camera and a few tweaks in Photoshop would be awesome.
  23. Looks very nice Nad. I like how your renders are starting to look more realistic as you go. The atmosphere is horrible though :P. If you need I'd be glad to take pictures for textures or whatever, but I don't quite know what you'll be needing, so you'll have to guide me around it. Again, nice job, can't wait to see all of these new maps on a big piece.
  24. You do some nice work, those 3D scenes remind me a lot of Counter-Strike: Source. Ever made a map? I recommend trying for any game, you seem to have a good eye for those things.
