You need to eat consistently 3k+ calories a day to put on the mass, if he's super concerned about putting on a bit of fat (which I doubt he is, he'll lose some working out and cut later anyway) all he has to do is watch macro splits. If you read OP's post he said the most important thing to him is to lose the fat around his abs to expose the muscle, consuming lots of calories isn't gonna help that ;) Edit: Oh P.S. Tim, I can recommend the Athlean X blog blog for interesting reading about 'building a lean, athletic body' it's got lots of useful info. (Not recommening you spend loads of money and buy all their stuff but the information and videos on the blog may prove useful). He doesn't have any abs to show.

Do this, simple and effective: Abs as a main goal mean you want LOW body fat %. However, since you don't have much muscle to start with, you'll want to BULK for a good portion of the year. That means do the stuff above, and eat and eat and eat. 3000+ calories a day. You said you can't eat that well, but here are some things you can eat to get lots of calories in for relatively cheap: Milk Eggs NUTS (peanuts, almonds, cashews, etc). 2/3 a cup = ~600 calories. Peanuts are cheap too OLIVE OIL (this tastes DISGUSTING, but if you can cook it/mix it in with something else, it is INCREDIBLE). 1 table spoon = 120 CALORIES! 5 = 600 Cottage Cheese Again, you'll want about 3k calories day. At least bodyweight in grams of protein too. So 158 grams of protein a day. Doing this as well as working out will pack on the muscle. To keep track of your food daily EASILY, use the following: livestrong.com register under Start Tracking, choose My Plate - Calorie Counter search for the stuff you eat and input it, it'll give you a nice break down of calories, protein, fat, and carbs. You don't want a lot of fat, under 20 or 30% if you can. Once you've got some muscle you can cut away some of the fat and get those abs, but that's a couple months down the line. You can also try stuff like Sprinter Ab Circuits for your abs The most important thing to remember: You get out of it what you put in in the gym. Push yourself in the gym, bust your ass

Alright, anyone know where the hell purple partyhats stand? I'm seeing some selling for 650M, some for trade, etc. What are my chances at one with: 2x red h'ween 1x green h'ween 1x santa ~25M cash ? I'm going to start raising more cash, but are my chances going to be better now or after free trade comes out? I appreciate ANY advice because I feel it's finally within my grasp again

The loot system is rubbish right now. Drop someone for 20m+? Enjoy the 100k on the ground. Want good loot? Wait around for a few hours to get your EP up/to get a target. Also 76king + hyper inflation + items being lost when you die instead of switching hands

If it matters, I'll be graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice next year. He will be screwed pretty hard if he does this. Since you don't specify how often "once and a while" is, stay on a routine for more than 3 months. You can "shock" your body by doing more weight/reps. Or you can do simple stuff like switch from barbell -> dumb bell

I can see both sides of the argument, but I think it's a good idea not to allow untradeable pots in the wild, especially since herblore doesn't raise CB. Prayer and summoning both have advantages in combat that you can't trade, and they both raise CB. Does bring into question whether or not chaotic will be allowed though Chaotic weapons are not a hidden bonus, while extremes would be. It would be like if a whip required 85 slayer to wield, I would not complain about it being used and not giving a combat level because you can easily see when someone is using a whip. So putting a mark on a person using overloads would be enough? (not carrying but only if they drunk it) My opinion: No

Go to livestrong.com Sign up Go under tools -> myplate add all the food you ate today Tell us how many calories it is, and what the split is between p/f/c If you really want to meticulous and want really lean gains, eat 40% of your calories from protein, 40% from carbs, 20% from fat You aren't going to put weight on if you don't eat enough. You'll put on muscle, you'll always put some fat on too. If you don't want it, just cut after you get a couple pounds over your goal Also I'd suggest getting on a program made by someone more knowledgeable, I've got a bunch I can recommend that are really, really great (mainly any of these http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3250231)

I'm so conflicted. I've got two red masks + a green + a santa which is worth over 400M now, and if free trade comes out then they'll drop and so will party hat. I can't decide whether to keep them and hope that the gap between purple and all my rares isn't ridiculous, or sell them and hope that purple will be 400 - 500M :ohnoes:
