When ice barraging in cw i noticed that it sometimes uses a wind bolt animation.

If you've ever seen a video of someone ice barraging any boss monster(jad is most common of them) you splash 9/10 times. Worth a try with zilyana though.

I don't know...But probably because boss monsters tend to have a very high magic defense
