Once you kill them you get one of several types of clues to solve. Once you solve it you get the treasure. The tip.it TT guide has everything you will ever need, including a list of drops, explanation of each clue, and which clues are dropped by which npcs. Happy trailing.

Demand couldn't have gotten up, the only reason the price went down is because the supply went up, which is possible. Maybe because of the randoms you can get gems - rubies and diamonds - easier. Other than that, bars are made the same, and string and runes can be gotten in the same way... I like this, it's making me think, lol. :P

Strength and power, for example. strength was 5k and never went down in classic, pretty sure diamond was 10k. But now strengths go for an average 3k, 2k on world 1, and powers go for 5-6k. Just wondering, thank you.

Everything you said except kite shield, I have anti-fire shield instead. I'm guessing the kite will give me the extra -5 because I only have -60. Thank you for your advice. If I can always splash then it will be a lot easier.

I'm currently at ducks south of Varrock, right by the Champion's Guild. Is there a better place? I'm splashing with full iron. I really hope there is, because when I curse the ducks they get into huge piles, and it's hard to remember which I cursed successfully and which I splashed on. #-o Thank you.

Willows are the fastest in the game and are the best experience till 99 woodcutting. Maples, yews, and magics never become faster.

I'm wondering how you get them, other than from other players. The database says they could be a drop from lv-37 guards in Burthrope, but the drop list doesn't include it. Are they related to a quest or something? Thanks.

Don't bring 2 pots, you won't need more than one dose per trip, unless you're going deep, which you should probably have a whole pot for. Keep prayer 1 in f2p.

In the guards part of the guide, they give 30gp per steal, not 40.

Note: This is not a rant to bring Runescape classic back. This is simply some creative thinking, it will not be put into action. In my mind, Jagex's main reason for bringing down RSC was the inability to moderate both versions effectively, and the increasing number of autoers because of that. But what if we connected both versions of the game into one? I'm not talking about mixing the characteristics of each into one game, just making a link between both worlds. This way it would be easier to monitor both versions at the same time, and you're using the same, newer "autoing detection" software that Jagex said Rs2 had and RSC did not. I'm not that seasoned with graphics and java. Would it be possible to switch back and forth between the versions, even though the graphics are so different? In the RSC world, objects released after the introduction of Rs2 would be unequipped and marked "rs2 object". The rules of the classic version would stay in classic, and the rules of the newer version would stay in Rs2. That's pretty much it for now. What do you think.

1. No, not in F2P. 2. Stay at 1, 5-20 defence won't help much, waste of combat. 3. ABSOLUTELY ruby ammy. You're losing +4 str without it, the atk and def bonuses with power will barely affect you. 4. Up to you. I personally think iron is a waste of energy at 40+ combat, it won't help much against range or rune scimmies and definitely won't help against mage. I like to travel light to chase people down when you pk deep. Just wear whatever looks good to you.
