Only if they persist even after they are told "no" However, simply standing in lummy for hours saying "free stuff plz" should be reportable. Also, they should have guidelines. If someone wants a simple rune or 10 gp to get by Alkahrid gate, they shouldn't be reported. Basically, the only reportable "begging" will be: Persistence, even after being told off (aka, following someone arround annoying them) Standing in a crowded area taking any free items. What should be allowed is: Asking for a simple item, such as a rune, potions etc. Asking for a little money to get by a tollboth etc.

Hmm... The ranged/ mage idea isnt really good. It would make ranging much harder to lvl up. The slayer lvl would be good on dragons, tzharr, and other high lvled monsters, but not ALL monsters. Also, it shouldnt be TOO high. Like, no higher than 50 slayer. It would also get rid of the hundreds of green dragon autoers these days. That 3 minute limit is a great idea. It would definetly help stop the jerks that hog up a monster never killing it. However, they shouldnt put that on low lvled monsters. That would ruin "splash" training. and why exactly is that? I think if they can do it, let them try. However, if they try and its impossible for them to do it, dont let them.

I personally dont agree on putting combat requirements on quest. Just put on skill requirements. Its like taking away the fire cape from the lvl 40s that got it, then putting a lvl 90+ combat requirement on it. I say, if they can overcome the challenges of the quest, let them do it. Dont limit the people who can do the quest with a combat requirement. Give them a chance. Thats a stupid thing to say. They just need to put a warning before entering the high risk area.

Ban him. If he's autoing, then he deserves a ban. Combat lvl doesnt mean you shouldn't recieve the same penalties as a lower lvl.

Seeing as whips were like 100M when they came out, and only require 85 slayer to get. Dark Bows require 90 slayer...So I guess like 150M - 200M for the first few days, 100M for the next month, and it will go down until it stops at like 2M - 3M a year later

Cant see why it is... I dont report people that get in coversations...basically if their lvl 3-20, cut a high lvl tree, wear nooby clothing, and dont talk I report. Most skillers I seen were wearing wizard robes (t) or (G). I dont report those... The whole problem would be solved alot quicker if everyone reported most lvl 3-20s with nooby clothing, dont talk, and cut a high lvl tree/fish a high lvl fish.

Ortiz...why do you care if people report you for macroing? Yes, reporting all low lvls for autoing IS sterotyping, but it isnt harming anyone. If you dont wanna be reported, talk. If you dont talk, deal with it. Runescape has a big macro problem, and we all know that. I dont care if I report a few skillers, I'm just helping out...

the problem has grown to be almost unstoppable. Sure, they MAY be able to get rid of the member autoers, but nothing is stopping them from making new account and auto on f2p as long as their on a proxxy sever. what would help is if people reported like me - you see a lvl 3-20 cutting a high lvl tree who doesnt talk, report them. Sure, I get a few skiller sometimes, but if their honestly playing fair, nothing happans to them

Definetly good for rangers when they dont wanna lose their arrows. The ogres at the combat training camp often has alot of clutter, and it would help to see if I got a new drop
