45-->60 mage
it will take you a bit less than 5354 death runes (just start using wind blast, than waterblast, then earth blast and finally fireblast) would cost you about 1.6mil I think.

Quest monsters on a scale
Barrelchest can be a pain I was under 108cb at that time I failed at safespotting, so I meleed him: just wear good crush-defence and focus mainly on doing damage for the rest. (use pots since pray doesn't work)

Dark Beast Charm Drops
On a task of 161 I got over 25 blue charms; barely other charms they're kinda slow to kill due their high HP. But overall, I'd say they're decent if you need a few blue charms.

Summoning, Combat and Agility Questions
cb=combat (btw: 300 gold charms won't get you anywhere near 70)

Summoning, Combat and Agility Questions
I recommand slayer for cb- and summontraining: you train multiple stats at once, get some more charms and the steady drops fund most, if not all, summontraining. (the real cash comes at higher slaylevels; but the smaller drops all add up; especially stackables like runes) (edit: if you can aford it, make the pouches that give most xp: it will shorten training in the long run; and cash is often faster to get than charms) for agility, either go wildy (take knife and steal cakes in ardougne; when you get killed by a rev, just go restock) or do brimhaven

Ugh. Desert Treasure Requirements...
I suggest to take a look at thieve-reward page, since there are a few quests that give thief-xp pickpocketting fremmeniks with gloves of silent is also decent for last levels.

HELP!!!!
Use a moneytransfer? (always worked for me, but is kinda slow depending on your bank) edit: it would also help if you gave your topic a clear tittle (like: "problem with payment"). Using all capital letters doesn't help either.

best way of making money ?
Just do slay and do every lvl3 clue you get. at higher levels, slay is a great moneymaker. (funded all my summonlevels with cash from slay and clues and got about all my charms from it too)

Ex-Ex-Parrot
Just tried it myself and got an ex-ex-parrot now get the cage and the parrot then put the parrot in the cage west of the entrance of the cave is the slab; use the cage with the ex-parrot in it on the slab now you got an ex-ex-parrot then use chisel on the slab to get the thing he eats (it's not stackable unfortunitaly)

Ex-Ex-Parrot
Go to the entrance of the cave horrors cave there get a piece of the rock-thingy (with chisel or pickaxe) that's what I heared somewhere, didn't yet try it myself though.

Iron and steel dragons
What are the minimum requirements for maging metal dragons? 60 to get a kill; 70 to be somewhat effective at it; 80 or higher to get easy kills What are points I need to think about? (safespots, multicombat etc.) anti drag shield (or DFS) + antifire pots. If you keep your distance, they only attack with their firebreath also don't forget axe and cash to enter dungeon What should I take with me (armour, spells, staff, iventory) *antifire shield or DFS *elemental staff *chaosrunes or bloodrunes (I advice wave-spells: bloods are now about same price as deaths; and boltspells seems to slow kills to me) *antifire pots *mage pots (optional) *godcape *ahrims or mystic *glory/magic/fury

The COMPLETE summoning guide (quest included)
Dude, it's nice you try, but 1) it's just flat text (fix the hide tags at the least) 2) you need to do a more in-depth study before writing a guide (61 summon is a nice start, but far from high; even with my 85 summon, I still don't got the whole picture of the skill + 85 is only 1/4 of the total xp to 99; at 61, you got less than 1/32 of the xp for 99) 3) cannoning ice giants and warriors isn't good for charms (after 71, gold charms are pretty useless and only give a little xp compared to the other charms)

Herblore question!
52-70 Herblore! What to use? 5,182 super energy pots How long it will take? a day (if you got the cash ready) Lose money? a few mil (5mil if you take a loss of 1k per pot) Make money? if you collect the herbs and seconds yourself (loads of work) Thanks You're welcome (if you be more polite to people like zaybex, who only give an answer as well-thought as the question)

Swan Song
Yes you can (btw: if you did dt, go to pc with smoke bursts: verry expensive, but rather fast and fun; or else go kills mummies in chaostunnels that way for charms)

Ghraak V's abyss for nature crafting
Ghraak tele isn't as fast as abyss imo you still got a decent stretch to run from the huntarea (near fairy ring) to the altar, with a lot of treese blocking the way. If you want to rc for cash, but can't make double nats yet, craft laws with balloon: slightly faster than abyss.

Can someone explain slayer points to me?
First do 4 tasks at the canifis master (you can do them at higher master too) without burthroping. Then do the fifth task and later at a higher master you get points from the 5th task on every 10th task you get 5 times the points you normally get every 50th task, you get 15 times the ammount (so take the hardest master at tasks 10, 20,...) and do an easier master the other tasks.
