i personally love getting my lowest stats up; that's more of a personal thing than anything else though, it's just how i enjoy playing the game.... other people enjoy getting skill capes, or opening up all skilling options in the game. It's that simple :) or, it would be, without the skills all being connected and helping each other :P

Funihead - all 80+ (including summoning when it comes out) will be an easy 2k total. May go for some 99's after that, but mostly start getting stats to 85 i think :)

Did it with 85 mage, which i think is a pretty level. I have banked..... 80 rc - pure ess for zmi 80 construction + 80 prayer will bank 80 smithing once prices settle. Did i mention i'm going for all 80+? :lol: Been playing for 18 months now :) You aren't getting a bank pic. :P

Listen to qeltar and Duke_Freedom, they know what they're talking about : Prices for most items will drop initially due to market being flooded with them, especially items that are produced through resources (things like potions, items that are smithed, etc). These items will drop until an equilibrium is reached where sellers won't go lower, and buyers are happy with that price, without supply / demand tugging the price around too much. Items that can be collected on f2p that members want / need (limps / red eggs / zammy wines, maybe big bones partially?), will likely all drop too, due to the elimination of the middle-man merchanters (assuming it works on f2p, it will be in varrock and they do say all worlds). Other items that are hard to find buyers for (niche items, like TT rewards) will likely drop too, as people unload their hoards. All this selling means allot of prices dropping, but it also means these people end up with lots of cash on their hands. "prized" items will probably rise; maybe not party hats, but good outfits etc. GWD gear will probably stabilise for a while as demand for it goes up. Finally, some items will stay steady or rise: this will mostly be "resource" items. The people with the most stuff to sell off are mostly skillers; these people will use their fresh money to buy up their skills more; therefore increased demand for resources. That's just my interpretation of what will happen, based on the limited knowledge we have of how the GE will work. :)

Some quick maths. Assume you use a house tele to taverly, glory to bank, and have the agil level needed for the shortcut. 1000 per hour = ~17 per minute. (16.66 To be accurate) This would mean to get 1,000 per hour... 28/16.6 = 1.7minutes per trip 60*1.7 = ~1minute 35 seconds assume a minute to bank and run back, i doubt you could collect a full load that quickly. It would still be superfast, but not that fast. :P Just to check my maths.... 1000 per hour = ~35.7 trips 60 minutes /35.7 = 1.7 minutes per trip I'll go collect a few loads soon just to see what sort of profit you can get from it, assuming sell price 800=1k each :)

So, after a little help from a friend... I went about getting 81 herblore. Got it that night, doing the prayer potions, and getting an extra 70k exp out of my own stuff lying around. Sara brew time :D Don't ask who the friend was, and for those wondering, the only donation was the experience, i owe them the finished potions when they get back online.

in my experience, runners will often trade crafters even if they arent advertising that they're open. So it may be slower, but it would still work.

it all depends on luck, i would say RCing would be a.... safer option, in many ways though, with your stats. :)

sounds great, i hope for that price the chicken is cooked properly. Mmm gourmet rule breaking! :) Seriously though, i think they'd have a system to notice items selling for a certain amount more than market price ;)

farming is good when you have cash, if you are smart the herbs more than pay for the trees, free exp ;) 'Investing' into RC is also always a good option. In the end do what you want though :)

53 to 70 is ~600K EXP. doing natures through abyss is around 14k an hour, allowing for distractions and assuming you use super energies (advice: use them, extra trips per hour more than pay for the potions. :) ) so that would be around 43 hours, or 2 weeks of ~3 hours a day.

Very nice read, love the site. :) I am planning on unloading ~40mill worth of stuff that i've gotten from skilling onto the exchange, i don't care if prices drop, since the time saved in selling (if it works how i hope) far outweighs the lowered cash return. Should be good fun ^_^

wow so much bait. Got to love the profits off the gloves, ess and herbs. Drop rate for gloves is rather interesting, makes banshee tasks for slayer less annoying when i get them from burthorping a task. :)

Slayer. Slow to train, and others that are slow can be bought up mostly, or at least are faster than it. :P Don't bother with the ones that can be bought up since i can just buy those :twisted:
