I'm not sure if this is the section for this but it seemed to fall under Tech & Computers then anything else. I was wondering how beginning a game along the lines of RuneScape would take. RuneScape got off its feet with the classical game really very simplistic and still progressed to what it is now . I have seen many a game grow from hardly anything so what would programming an online RpG take? I'm asking the money and time to begin such a game, Paul and Andrew apparently started in College as something they played with friends as a fun game now they make $10,000,000 Aus off Memberships per month $120 Million a year. So what programs are used, could I learn how to do it?

That is the best outfit I have ever seen some one in the entire world of RuneScape wear, I love the colours the white party hat it combines a good colour combination with wealth and show of skill. My vote defiantly goes to it, I am on my way to 99 Farming I would prefer a white party hat over any but unfortuently I will fall short of money after 99 Farming.

What the [bleep] ? Your the guy on the RuneScape Community Forums who sells Pixel signatures to people for boxs of ice cream and Rs Gee pees :o. I would show a picture of my character in hi's mining cape but all my clothes are in my bank and I am f2p now so couldn't put them on.

I play on a Mac, I always muilti task Do home work on a Application/Music/Movie/Forums/Photo shop. RuneScape works excellent and with the issues with typing and back space you can simply change that with the stupidly easy to use settings. Why no spy ware? 1. lot of jack arses have Pc 2. No one can be craped making spy ware for mac 3. Mac has protection even if some guy who has enough time on his hands to make Spyware for mac. + Can't google "free downloadable key logger for Mac" and cant get a link to a download unlike Pc.

I have 1.0/10.0 black marks on my account, i had 2 black marks for 2 offences which were pretty insensible eg. 1. "why did you scam my friend andy 95?" apparently that is encouraging people to break rules. I sent my first appeal and went to click the back button but then noticed that the refresh bar was going so I hit stop twice because the first click went un answered and i found my self at my abusive history with my appeal denied 3 seconds after i had sent it. That is strong evidence they did not read my message, I also send numerous questions to Jagex which had no reply or a message concerning i was good at questing (64 Qp). I have came to face that Jagex gets a heap of messages around 1/2 of players have a black mark, jagex has to read the "comment on our service message" view evidence of every report abuse plea which is one at least every 30 seconds at least and every single punishment they lay down will get a appeal so they read them to. An awful lot right ? i agree people who do the wrong thing get there black marks wiped I ran into a lure Video on You-Tube I viewed it and it showed a character being talked swayed to enter the wilderness he died lost party hats ect. After marking this video with 1/5 stars and adding an abusive message i checked the description. It said " woot! [character name] has been un-banned, he was unfairly banned lol jagex is so stupid" the guy who was apparently unfairly banned was the person in the video entangling and robbing an innocent player of hi's belongings. I don' know but I think Jagex should employ 12 year old kids working for $5 an hour to run customer service because it would be far better then it is now.

Lets say that jagex came to the conclusion woodcutting was aiding autoers far to much, if the skill was taken or cut short and this resulted in ending of membership subscriptions they would of course put it back in. There are people behind jagex its a large company and knows that even if they made an update such as disbenefiting all stakers people will still play. Lets say 10,000 players players sent jagex a message brifeing they are unhappy with the update and cancelling there membership that is about $85,000 Aus Jagex lost from only one month of those players leaving. Jagex don't give a [cabbage] what people have a rant about there not loosing money. My personal view of it Jagex should be doing a lot more to banning bots then irritating them, i reported over 100 woodcutting bots which took me 2 hours I came back a week later and they were still there . The main reason I have cancelled my subscription is because i was sick of the updates, great your putting more into the game! but your also affecting the people who have just reached a level which took them a month to get a week later you put some new ability in and you can get it in a few days. To be honest if Jagex increases the exp/per h on mining or makes farming or mining easier in any given way I will never come back.

At my primary school when a few real life mates played we were looking up Tip.It for something along the lines of seeing how good mithril was and at that time we had a replacement teacher and she said she played it for a while and was level 70 we were speechless taking into consideration we were like 40s at the time. On that note a lot of people at my current school play, mostly at lunch times sitting around lumbridge i so happened to log in to make sure my herbs had not gotten diseased because i forgot to use supercomost in the morning and I had a kid ask to fight in the wildrness with my santa hat on and he would "own" me . I have been where most can only imagine, what those brainless incapable Runescape players are like in real life :D, turns out they talk pretty much as dumb as they do in the game .

I collect a lot, mostly sitting under some level 14 picking up what ever they no longer use. It is really unusual, i will collect something of any value through a skill until i can not hold back the urge to go to the forums and just sell it all off. I also have like 2,000 gems in a very nice collection.
