  1. the monk sais: "If it was up to me, he's free to go as long as he doesn't come back to our monastery. I've still got your bag of stuff we found with you here btw, take it with you please". You're now free to go, in the town of Fallock. You have no money or anything with you, but you got that bag with posessions. OOT: If you want to look around in the town or see what's in the bag, say that you want to see what's there, because you can't make up elements like things that are in the town, or things that are in the bag, the dungeon master decides that. The dungeon master also decides what your memories are, so the 20 pair of shoe thing was in fact a lie but the monks nor the cops knew that.
  2. "The monks would never hit you on the head, all they do is heal people, and give lost travelers a place to sleep. So, what happened? You don't look too good." One of the monks sits there and sais "We found him near the road in the woods here. He was unconcious. Probably robbed. We took him to our monastary to take care of him. When he woke up he caused some trouble, we couldn't handle him."

  5. Too bad, there wasn't really a hairpin in there, but before you have time to try other means of opening that darn door, members of the local police arrive, put you in their stagecoach to transport you to jail. There arrived, they start interrogating you: "Why were you causing trouble in the monestary?"
  6. A group of strong monks grabs you and locks you up in a cell deep in the abbey. One of the monks lights the warning system, this is a huge red colored flame on the mountain that can be seen from very far. Your cell consists out of a strong metal door, no windows, only an air flow system, but it's way to small to crawl through. You're pretty stuck in here.
  7. The monks sigh: "heh, what the cabbage" "he probably went a bit crazy after being unconcious"
  8. One of the monks: "hi, oh you're awake, welcome to our abbey. I'm monk Pete" Another one: "you have a strange way of talking, your vowels sound like numbers!" Another one: "we can give you a blessing, a meal and a place to sleep"
  9. Nothing much there. You're on the fields that surround the abbey. There grow some cabbages, onions, potaties, wheat, etc.... at the opposite direction of the mountain you can see a path, and some signs. apart from this mountain, the rest of the landscape is pretty flat, with lots of fields, trees, but no sign of any other buildings as far as you can see from here. The mountain is more like a very large rock, and there grows almost no vegetation on it. the abbey is really built against the side of it, that means, it actually touches it and part of the abbey looks like it's mountain. You see some monks working on some fields far away from where you are.
  10. The amount of WoW players is just ----- HUGE! 4.5 million subscribers! that's almost half of Belgium, and the curve is still going steeply up! The amount of simultaneous RS players is usually between 30k-100k, that shows that there are MUCH more than 500k active players in RS, it could be more than in WoW
  11. I like this update a lot! I don't like walking too much for a quest and forgetting items, so I have to use quest guides :( but quest guides do take the fun away, so I hope this questhelp system to be something in the middle. I'll know if I'm member again... :)
  12. Jagex recent news post: I actually find it quite funny. They sometimes make jokes about how people who are new to computers say "the internet is broken" if it doesn't work on their computer, and now Jagex uses exactly the same wording
  13. There were no whip and armor there, so you try to go berserk with your fists instead. However, you're still a bit weak, and with all this trouble you're causing here, a few more strong monks grab you and "gently" throw you out. You're now outside of what appears to be a large abbey that is built against the side of a large mountain.
  14. He sais: "I don't really trust you. It seems like you've pretty much healed, so you can leave now. The exit is at the end of the hallway to the right, and you can ask your possesions we found with you at the reception desk"
  15. the person opens the door. he looks like a sort of monk. then he sees the piece of glass you're holding and sais like "ow whoa are you planning to kill me?" and gets in a position ready to run
  16. you take a piece of broken mirror and try to do something with it in the key hole of the chest and carving on the chest, but it doesn't really work, and the glass is pretty brittle someone must have heard the noise, because you hear footsteps coming closer and then hear someone gently knocking on the door.

  19. I'd like to start an RPG game inspired Dungeons and Dragons, however very different, and to keep things simple, I'll follow the following rules: [*:2s89m2je]I'm the dungeon master, so I control the game 8-) [*:2s89m2je]There's only one character playing, to avoid too much book keeping and to allow anyone to pop up to play [*:2s89m2je]Everyone plays this one character collectively [*:2s89m2je]I type something that happens, then you type how the character responds to it, and so on [*:2s89m2je]I don't know how this will end yet, that depends entirely on what you type and what pops up in my head [*:2s89m2je]The first post after a post made by me, is the action of the character. All other posts behind that first post will be ignored. This because it's of course impossible to let the character do two different things that two different people posted. However, cabbage replies will of course be ignored, then the next reply will be used instead. Intentionally suiciding or similar is considered a cabbage reply :). [*:2s89m2je]Type OOC if you say something out of character [*:2s89m2je]For combat situations, it could happen that I throw a dice. In any case, you have my word that the outcome of combat will depend on random numbers and not on me. [*:2s89m2je]Anything is possible, there are no strict rules. You can try anything to solve something, surprise me :). [*:2s89m2je]If the character dies, the game is over, unless there are people interested to continue the game from the post before the character died. Here's the start of the game: You awaken in a dusty room without any windows, in a dirty bed. You remember a hard hit on your head but nothing else. The only light comes from a candle, and the only windy fresh air in this room comes through dark holes in the walls. There's a single door, a small mirror on the wall, and a chest. What do you do?
