I have a mining pure, with level 59 mining, but I stopped leveling it when the time was there where people report level 3 skillers as autoers (because most autoers are actually level 3)

If I'd see someone die and I pick up his stuff, I'd probably keep it. However, if the guy would pm me asking me if he can get his stuff back I'd say "yes if you come back to where I am". I wouldn't teleport to another location for it. But it was a good deed that you did :)

What "too expensive" is, is relative, in 2003 100 million would be too expensive, in 2006 not anymore...

Very nice article :) Little error I found: the link to the graph of small rares is also called graph of party hats. Also, interesting find that the rare prices almost solely depend on the inflation! I really thought that the fact that they get rarer and rarer, while more and more people enter the game, would have a more important influence on their prices. This would make rares in RS something like gold bars are in real life: something that follows the inflation.

This night, I dreamed that Life Runes were released in Runescape, it were runes with a symbol of the sun on them. Some monsters in the wilderness rarely dropped one and there weren't made any spells for the runes yet so all you could do was collect them and sell them for lots.

Go into the wilderness to a relatively crowded spot. Make sure it's somewhat deep in the wilderness, like at the castle. While people are fighting each other there, you type "byeing blue shield plz" repeatedly. It's important that you spell "buying" wrong as "byeing". You get extra bonus points if the people there make a pun on your spelling mistake and say "haha, BYE!" and try to attack you (but your level is too noobish to be attacked).

In the post below, please don't mind my usage of names, it's all members of this board or variations of my own RS name! Thanks! First of all it's important to know that my own Runescape character name is Lodev (without any numbers). I was looking at the stats of vmser (sorry vmser :P), then I clicked on his construction (which was around rank 790) to see the construction highscores. In the construction highscores, my eye suddenly fell on a name 10 ranks lower. The name was Lodve (without any numbers). That's exactly the same name as mine, except two letters shifted. I looked at his highscores, and many of his level were similar: 86 cooking, also around level 100 combat, .... His stats were generally higher than mine, and he has farming and construction unlike me who hasn't been a member since farming. Anyway, that's a pretty strange coincidence, isn't it?! I added him and he was even online. I said hi and he replied "wtf???". "You copied my name!". I said "I have this character since 2002". He said "me too since 2002, you copied my date!" He then kept claiming I copied him, but I think he believed that it was a coincidence after I told him to check my highscores and that I could prove that I have a scythe. I never saw him before, and now accidently saw it in the highscores it's a strange coincidence... two chars with a similar name, somewhat similar stats (his significantly higher though), and both started in 2002, and in 2006 I find this out...

It works great in the browser SeaMonkey. Looks nice! The rune scimmy shows up as a mithril dagger though! I'd also like to suggest to add a few items, like, normal capes, diamond and ruby ammy, normal boots, normal gloves, dragon scimitar,... A max hit calc along with it would be cool too :) EDIT: the rune scimmy stopped looking like a mithril dagger after changing some other items.

I read somewhere that you HAVE to ignore the mysterious old man to be teleported to a maze. In 2005, he just teleported you straight away. Is it true that you now have to ignore him for this? (I doubt it personally, but if someone can confirm it...)

However, in the source code of the html frame I found the following text: What's the Green Zone? :? EDIT2: found it. The Green Zone is the flag that the knight is holding. Move your mouse pointer above the flag to see what text it sais :)

I have to disagree with this. I once saw a girl at the lessers act like this: "I need food please I'm out of food!" "Plz guys give me some food!" "You bastards, give a sweet girl some food!" etc... They think they can get more stuff because they're a girl, but that doesn't work when they try this with me!

-Do the wilderness lure scam all wrong. Try to lure someone with money into the wilderness, but you have low combat level. You get killed instead of the one you tried to lure. -Stand in Falador and keep asking "where is falador?". T If someone sais "here" you say "but where is it?", then start over.

It's something like paypal, but you don't need a credit card for it. You can pay Runescape membership with it. However, I got a few questions: -are they reliable? -can paying with e-gold result in a fraudulent payment (and thus a ban from Runescape)? -has anyone ever heard of e-gold? -does anyone have an e-gold account? -do you have a good idea about how I could try to get money into my e-gold account?
