I first got Photoshop when I was... 14 or so, almost 7 years ago. [i used Paint shop pro for the year before that] There would be no way I could afford photoshop at 14. Adobe doesn't really care about piracy that much because the majority of their sales are focused on professionals, who need to buy the software in order for a license for their company.)

You're right, there isn't a rule. It is common courtesy though to wait, especially since everyone else has. Like I said though I really don't care at this point as the system has already been messed up.

Yeah. I think they knew they were hurting the girl, and certainly should get punishment for that. I don't think they knew what rape was though, or the severity of it. So it's still pretty [bleep]ed up that a 9 and 10 year old would do that, but not as bad as another poster made it out to be (I mean who the [bleep] is going to trial a 9 year old as an adult?)

The layout looks pretty boring right now. Just a lot of gradients all over the place, maybe mix it up a bit. I don't know if I'm a fan of all 4 content boxes being so close to each other, it feels sort of weird and gets to the point where you may as well have them all in one content box. Yeah I think the biggest thing right now is just that the gradients are kind of annoying. They can be a good thing to use, but you need to use them right. Gradient for the background, maybe even the header is fine, but I would shy away from it for the content boxes personally.

I'm sure these boys, the younger lads, were and are perfectly normal. Especially if these children have never been taught the mechanics of sexual activity, cannot discern right from wrong, and to add to the pile, they were being coerced by older children; if you're going to judge them, it should be under the circumstances they were presented by. Breaking into houses when you're nine or ten years old is not normal, the circumstances may very well be, but that does not make the child abnormal. I may have worded that slightly wrong. I'm not saying that the 9 and 10 year old fully knew what they were doing. I meant that I think in this case it would be better to look into the parents of those two children, because I don't think a 9 or 10 year old is going to pick up something like that by themselves. Of course they very may well have been coerced into doing it by the 13 and 14 year old. I'm not saying that the 9 and 10 year old aren't at fault, they certainly should get a punishment, but obviously they should not be tried as an adult like the 14 year old will be. I don't think they understood how serious rape was.

I would say I agree with them charging the 14 year old as an adult (and they maybe should have charged the 13 year old too, I'm sure he knew damn well what he was doing as well) but the 9 and 10 year old are iffy. I don't think they fully knew what they were doing maybe and their families should probably be looked into too. No normal 9 or 10 year old boy rapes someone.

3D is looking nice. I think the best thing to do now would be improve the lighting in it (It's modeled and textured fine :P) and you'll have something good on your hands. I assume the landscape outside is just post processed or a background done in C4D?

What's this "new play control" bit? Is it a remake for the Wii? I remember playing Pikmin back in the day on the GC, I could never get into it though. The game certainly had charm though.

I didn't even know Holloween was doing a new album, I'll have to give it a try. As far as Therion goes A'arab just has some of the most memorable songs for me. Like I said it was really close between it and Beyond Sanatorium, and I really should have put that album on the list as well. And I never was a huge fan of Kamelot, dunno why.

It'd be nice if you waited, but whatever -- the whole listen thing has been messed up already so who cares. I really can't agree with this list. A large number of albums on it would be on my top 45 worst. It is sort of laughable when you say things like "a classic album from a classic rock - punk band" for an album such as Green day's American Idiot. For the record I don't care if it is "common" music or not. I don't judge based on popularity.

Downloading Neverwinter Nights and it's 3 expansions at the moment. I owned and played NWN a ton back in the day when it came out but never got to experience the expansions. I figured I'll start from scratch again and go through all of them. :)

If I remember right I usually used Chrono, Frog and Magus. Well them or Chrono, Frog and Robo. I hardly ever use Marle or any of the other characters.

Seriously the first thing I would ask when joining a Diablo server was "has someone opened the Butcher's door yet?". I was [bleep]ing terrified of that thing, especially since it would poop all over lowbies and destroy them. I also have fond memories of playing a sorc and just standing behind a gate for half an hour pummeling the guy. Ah, memories :P. Diablo was the first online game I ever played (that and Team Fortress Classic). :thumbup:

Play Mario 64 and Sonic Adventure. Sonic and the Secret Rings is a horrible game, you shouldn't base it off of that.

I beat the game last night (played it through in a few days) even though I do have a question. [hide=spoiler]People make a big deal out of Shepard being dead (he isn't, due to the ME2 trailer. But before that people thought he was). Why do people get the idea that he died in the first game? I didn't get anything that hinted at him dying when I beat the game and watched the final cutscene[/hide]

Yeah the clouds get in the way, I'd get rid of them. Nice layout though, I laughed at the stock photo choices XD.
