  1. Well I may as well just post the "favorites" I have on my toolbar, which I use pretty much daily. http://forum.tip.it/ Self Explanatory http://digg.com/ Really so much better than a newspaper :P I check it often. http://www.warhammeralliance.com/ Warhammer Online forums. 2. MACHINAE SUPREMACY - Through the Looking Glass This is pretty [bleep]ing awesome man, thanks for the recommendation.

The response I got a while ago from BlueLancer is that as long as you aren't actually linking to pirated files or hinting to where they are found a discussion on homebrew or modding a console is just fine. Of course I'm not sure if some mods would have the same feelings or not, but I know we've discussed PSP and NDS homebrew/modding a lot before.
  4. PSP

It is. Now start the obligatory flame war that comes with a PSP/NDS thread. Oh [cabbage].
  5. Cool I'll check out "Swallow the Sun". I already have Summonings discography. :D Someone else recommend Adio something, I'm blank.
  6. PSP

You make it sound as if an NDS is a bad thing.

If I ever get this game it will be through piracy. Honestly I don't care for DRM.
  8. Heh just uber a demoman or even a pyro and any turret is pretty easy to take out.

    We're all doomed.
  10. Well, we couldn't prove the defendant wasn't there at the crime scene, so off to jail you go!
  11. Intriguing, I'm not sure if I ever recommended you Jesu. If I haven't, well, I recommend them. Their albums Jesu and Silver (EP) are my favorite. I'm looking for maybe some black metal or doom metal. :P
  12. What exactly is dubstep? :P
  13. This is why I don't like him. Hopefully he wouldn't have much say as a VP...
  14. This. Honestly I doubt they'll tell a difference.
  15. Seriously though the HD4850 / HD4870 are great cards. I'd just rather go GTX260 though than the HD4870. If you're on a tighter budget get the HD4850 though.
  16. The reason why I suggested NVIDIA is because I find there drivers a lot better, usually.

Over the 20 years of my life I've lived at: Virginia Minnesota New York (state) Missouri Mississippi Germany Kentucky Virginia (where my family is now still) Kansas (going to school here) If you haven't guessed I'm in an army family. :)
  18. I definitely know what I'm getting into here. :P My degree is technically on the 2D side of things (web and the likes) but I'm trying to focus on 3D a lot as well. It certainly is difficult though, but there are a lot of opportunities for a 3D artist.
  19. Most Machinima people seem to like Vegas Pro 8 as their software of choice. Mac kids tend to enjoy Final Cut Pro and some people might like Adobe After Effects. I've only had experience with Vegas Pro 8 and, well, it was kind of confusing. You can always try the trial if you want. Really all else you need is a good base for your machinima (A game, pretty much.) and of course an idea. Oh and then you need your "video camera" which would be something like Fraps to record your screen. It helps if the game has some way to externally view models as well (WoW model viewer many machinima makers for it use, really helps) although you can just do it as if you were "filming" in game. Kind of think of it as a mix between a traditional "film" idea mixed in with Digital Art. Money wise, well, it depends where you look ;) . Skill-wise, well, honestly anything can really be learned over time. As far as time I guess that varries, and depends on how creative you are. You don't need fancy editing skills if you have some great ideas to back it up.
  20. Too bad too, this OP was much better.
  21. After all these years I'd just rather be honest. If people want to put effort into something I'm more than happy to help them. This picture was just a poor MS Paint job and attempt at some very poor runescape "humor".
  22. http://www.bakaneko.com/howto/figure/an ... index.html Please draw on paper if you want to learn. Right now they're very childish and very poor. Learn anatomy, draw what you see (not what you think you see) and really just sketch everything in the world around you. It's the best way to learn. And never, NEVER use Runescape as a reference. Even people who do Runescape "fan art" only use it as a rough idea. Otherwise you get something like you posted, which (I'm sorry) looks like a 5-8 year old's art project.
  23. You didn't see it. It was just a real picture with some runescape crap around it.
