  1. You really didn't do anything, so I'm not sure waht we're even supposed to be commenting on here. It's not like the composition its self is even that special, just plain text in the middle and some hearts. I'd probably refrain from posting stuff like this in the gallery -- usually its for stuff you've made. I know, technically, you made this but there just isn't much of your own work in it to really justify getting any sort of CC.

uh, what? @ The tournements comment: I was talking about WoW, not guild wars dude. As far as updates go I never remember anything that was actually significant being brought into the game.
  3. And, again, why could god have always existed but matter not? I'll rather let someone else rip apart the rest of your post but, seriously, this is the kind of person who aggravates me to no end in these 'debates'.
  4. Just speaking for myself but I don't say that, at all. Hell the reason why I don't want to play Guitar is because it is a lot different than the game. It's kind of silly for others to assume that because you like Guitar Hero you would automatically like playing a real guitar. Of course its a game, and I don't think anyone in this thread here disagrees with that. I don't think anyone in this thread actually thinks they are a better guitar player because of guitar hero.

Not to be rude but just playing the trial of WoW isn't really near enough to compare. Anyways I think I ended up playing (in total) guild wars for about 5-6 months (in like two 3 month bursts) and WoW for a bit longer. (like 8 months maybe).
  6. ima gunna blow your guys minds. World of Guitar Hero. Activison = Guitar Hero
  7. The 3D artwork isn't that bad per-say but the photoshop work is nothing but filter piles.
  8. Dream Theater- The Ministry of Lost Souls. The water's edge Is where she waits Lost souls still wandering Meant to die But she's stuck not crossing over The other side Is where he waits His spirit reaching out Meant to save But she's too scared to take his hand Living in a world without you (Drowning in the past) Is living in no world at all So now I call on you... Remember me? I gave you life You would not take it Your suffering was all in vain It's almost over now Don't turn your back on paradise Feeling scared, she's prepared To give up everything She can't stand to feel Like half of her is fading He will choose the only way To rid her of her pain Take her soul now The decision has been made Living in a world without love (A burden to my soul) Is living in a worthless world So I will call on you... Remember me? I gave you life You would not take it Your suffering was all in vain It's almost over Remember me? You were so young How could I tell you? Remember me? I am the one Who saved your life that night I was the one who would not abandon you Even in death I was the one who would not leave you I used my freedom to protect you And all the while direct you Do you remember me this time? Even in death I gave you life I gave you life! I wanted to Deserve a place A place beside you This time when I reached out my hand It reached all the way to heaven Remember me? I gave you life You would not take it Your suffering was all in vain It's almost over now Goodbye It's almost over now Goodbye It's time I release you from this life Don't turn your back on paradise Beautiful song. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ministry_of_Lost_Souls

Straight from my console manula, "When fully charged, the battery will last from 15-19 hours on the lowest screen brightness setting." When you were searching, were you searching for the DS"fat" or the DS lite? The DS lite at the lowest screen setting is still perfectly easy to see. Good stuff. My time was just a really rough estimate. I should say, too, that I had it on pretty much the highest brightness setting lol.
  11. Wow, that is huge. It will be interesting to see what comes out of this.
  12. Yeah, I played just about every MMORPG there is, just can't be bothered to repeat the grinding all over again and be pestered by immature kids and scammers... MMORPG's are usually not for the 'average' person. You just can't become good, or one of the best, by playing 1 hour or less daily. Just about all of the good level 70+'s in WoW have played 5 to 15 hours daily, raiding dungeons for weeks just to get a certain item, etc.. I find FPS games requiring much more skill, and they can be played casually for more fun value. Dark fantasy games like Diablo are excellent though, require strategy, and also have a fun element in it.. Wouldn't mind if Blizzard came up with a D3 It doesn't really take that long to really get good in certain MMOs. For example, WoW. Once you hit 70 (doesn't take long) if you want to get decent gear you don't have to devote that much time. Spend a few hours a week doing arena's to get points for PvP gear -- or you can just raid for 4 hours a week and get gear that way. Joining a good guild now means that you can just spend 4 hours in a day out of an entire week and do well. Other MMO's take different bits of time to do well. The biggest thing you have to keep in mind is to not worry about becoming 'the best' and instead just enjoy the game for what it is. Not really. If there are they're most certainly a waste of time.
  13. This is new and exciting information. IIRC the Microsoft loses money per console as well.

Hah. As much as I'd love to just be a f***ing giant (can you imagine how feared you would be?) I think being tiny would probably be easier. However I do think it would be more fun being giant.
  15. Oh, definitely. The choreography of their movements is awe-inspiring enough to keep the anime among the best all on its own. It makes you wonder what Kendo masters the company had to hire to make those kind of fight scenes, they're so amazingly thought out and depicted. Oh, and it never lets up- all the fights are just as good, if not better, than those of the first episode. They continually just make you wonder, "was he thinking ten moves ahead, or was that all frikkin' godforsaken impulse!?". I gotta admit though, nearly all of the appeal of the show is fight scenes. The stories are all just too random and spontaneous to keep the viewers attention; everyone's really just waiting for Jean or Mugen to kill somebody :-w . Yeah I figured. But, hell, as long as the fights keep up like that and they keep up the pretty witty dialog (I enjoyed it :P) it will be an enjoyable show.
  16. Just saw the first episode of Samurai Champloo on [AS] and it got me interested, so I'm downloading more. Pretty good art style and some great fights for a first EP IMO.
  17. bahahaha. [hide]Why do you keep checking your watch all the time? Oh, this? Well.... it's because... I'm Kira[/hide] Best EP ever. :XD:
  18. Haha agreed, I love this EP that is coming on. [hide]The look on her face is priceless[/hide]
  19. This time also could have been spent practicing REAL guitar... This is the first time someone has ever pointed this out. Thank you, I will drop my game and go spend a few hundred bucks on a guitar. :uhh:
  20. Gorogoth- Possessed (By Satan) I'll give you 1 guess to what type of music genre this is.

I said that sometimes you just want to do that, not all the time. And at any rate 3 hours is just pathetic. I constantly have my DS charging as well but for long car trips or plane trips its nice. You can try and justify it all you want but 3 hours is not long. Please, I never said don't buy the PSP because it is ugly -- stop putting words in my mouth. I do think the DS looks better than the PSP, and I think that the design is more functional. The PSP's screen can get scratched easily if it is in your pocket because it isn't protected while the DS Lite folds up.

1: better graphics Guild Wars 'glow' they have on everything looks really tacky. WoW's art style is miles above guild wars, which is pretty boring. 2: better pvp *don't say it has bad pvp till u've tried it.* Hopefully being #350 in the world at one time for GvG is enough rep to say 'i've tried it'? Guild Wars PvP system is interesting. With a good group of friends and people you know, I enjoyed it. However it does get old after a while, and most times teams just consist of certain 'power groups'. I won't lie, I had some great time when my old guild played. We would stomp the Hall of Heroes and GvG, and had fun doing it. But the reason why is that we were all good competent players. The system fails in Guild Wars because to get anywhere these days you need to have a good guild, but guilds really won't accept you unless you grind out a certain 'rank'. The problem is that trying to grind up rank with PUGs is abysmal and downright impossible with all the players that suck at PvP in Guild wars. Meanwhile WoW has their own PvP in the form of battlegrounds, arenas (which are a lot of fun) and even just world PvP. These give the player many more options than simply doing hall of heroes / GvG all day, and you don't run into incredibly terrible pugs with them. 3:NO subscription fee Not necisarily a 'plus'. No sub means that every little kid can get the game just fine, because they can't use mommies credit card. Plus the subscription is far worth it for WoW because of all the extra content 4:tons of updates Not really. In the time I played we did not get much in terms of content 5: art contests with ingame prizes and real life prizes WoW does this as well, constantly. Actually looking up what the other game has before you knock it is a good idea in the future 6:monthly tournaments. Its not monthly but every 'season' there is a tournament for a large sum of money. There are other tournaments out there as well for WoW. Right now a 3v3 tourny is going on where the 1st prize is $75,000. Please do some research in the future.

It's pretty boring for a 'fake', and its not even done completely right. (read: others comments above me.)
  24. It sucks. I'm going to be blunt because, to be honest, with you're attitude it's not like you're going to take any CC even if I gave it to you. All you did is trace lines over Runescape images, where is the art in that? ps: Using the It's MS Paint! arguement is a null point, especially when you can create: this, using only MS Paint.
  25. Ow, my eyes. I've said it time and time again -- generally the objective is to try and not make the viewer go blind. ps: it is photoshop, not fotoshop.
