  1. I don't really care for the blue splatter to be honest. Not sure what I'd do in its place, however.
  2. Broke down and grabbed it tonight.
  3. Did you also consider games coming out soon? BF:BC2 FFXIII, God of War 3 are a few big examples. Plus, a Ps3 is amazing for media etc too. I did. GoW 3 I'm interested in but nothing that'd turn my opinion. FFXIII I don't want to play at all and I'm going to play BF:BC2 on the PC. (and the PC beta starts around January sometime). Media wise I just feel like I'm not going to use the Blu-Ray player and I already can stream media to my 360 just fine.
  4. Heh, so I decided against a PS3 after (re-checking) the money I had. Instead I've opted to go in for a new TV with my roomate and I may get myself a monitor as well. I looked at all of the games I wanted to really play on the PS3 and it just wasn't that many of them. (Uncharted 2, LBP, Demon Souls, Flower and inFameous for those who are wondering)
  5. Make sure you're actually using your cloak and not just a disguise either. (right click)
  6. Holy [cabbage].
  7. Could always give Neverwinter Nights a shot. Can probably pick it up for cheap and it has a really robust engine for creating and hosting games. [e]: I'm not sure was version of D&D NWN was.
  8. I'm in the US so it'd actually cost a bit more online due to shipping for me.

  10. Well seems like stores are "in stock" as of 8PM EST... so hopefully I can get over there tomorrow and check.
  11. Heh, I didn't think that it'd be sold out like that. I mean there were even Wii's left but not a PS3 in sight.
  12. Lol, 2 gamestops and a best buy later and all the PS3's are sold out. Probably just going to wait a bit to get one.
  13. Shatter OVST 1. Kinetic Harvest 06:36
  14. You mean like how light classes are meant for light uses? What?
  15. I like how you're trying to give him tips on how to play the light classes in TF2 dizzle.
  16. The 360 I saw also only had 2 USB ports also, but I wasn't looking too hard so maybe not. My friend only had two power cords anyways. IIRC it has 2 front ports and then a back one. (maybe 2, I dunno).
  17. Because it's just unnecessary and makes flying that much more annoying. I know that a lot of guys on TIF would bend over backwards for that feeling that they are "protected" but come on, there is a limit you know. Would you rather be dead, or slightly annoyed? Sue it's annoying, and eventually there will probably be a more efficient alternative, but until then this is nothing more than an inconvenience. These extra measures aren't going to safe my life. It's statistically improbable that they will. Really nothing is more annoying then thinking that anything in the name of security is fine. Yes, we do need security in the Airports. Yes, it would be good after this incident to have airports review their security standards and try and improve. However it is not ok to add on more rules that are going to do nothing in the way of stopping the real criminals. The one hour limit rule, for example. Sure this will stop an average joe from listening to his iPod or playing his DS but is someone who has somehow managed to sneak a bomb onto an airplane really going to listen to it? This rule means nothing because if someone is going to take out a dangerous device they are going to do it despite the rules. Extra patting down just simply isn't necessary either. You already take off your shoes, everything out of your pockets and step through a metal detector (and some airports will now have you go through an x-ray type of machine now). There really isn't any reason for anything beyond these measures. At any rate though this "Would you rather be dead" argument needs to stop. Stop pretending like these extra changes are actually going to save your life, ok?

http://sidhe.bandcamp.com/album/shatter-official-videogame-soundtrack Pretty awesome stuff, actually really damn good electronica music.
  19. Totally agreed. These extra measures aren't going to stop accidents from happening because often times they happen because of negligence. Because it's just unnecessary and makes flying that much more annoying. I know that a lot of guys on TIF would bend over backwards for that feeling that they are "protected" but come on, there is a limit you know.
  20. Sounds like a normal list. The only reason I ever played it in TFC was to snipe, period. Of course even in TFC there were much better maps out there to play (like well). So a mix of knex's list and having played that stupid map for a long [wagon] time is why I stay away from it.
  21. Unless you're really wanting Halo/GoW I personally think the PS3 is a stronger choice now. A year ago I would have said 360 and just laughed at the idea of paying for a PS3, but now that they are just $300, have an incredibly strong library and are getting a ton of great games next year -- go for PS3 I'd say. I've made up my mind and I think I'm going to go buy one tomorrow. Hopefully I can find a cool bundle deal, plus I know gamestop has an uncharted 2 deal -- uncharted 2 + controller for $60.
  22. I wasn't even really "hating" on it, just saying that you're really only going to be playing one or two maps on the 360 version -- period.
  23. If you find a match it'd probably just be like 2fort or something.
  24. I was looking for system specific titles :). I already own SF4 for 360.
