This is odd: I chose the good side (I remember killing Lucien and getting Pendant of Armadyl) but I haven't had a messenger? Hmm.. Anyone have any ideas why? One thing I do know though- it's gonna be one hell of an awesome quest! :D

Good read ;) But sadly, it is true... The game has become more combat orientated even since I've started playing (October 2006), however there's hope that things may change a bit for the better once the pkers have their pking again :thumbup: To be honest, I am more combat based, but I do like non-combat skills- they're just all money sinkers (apart from the ones which can't be, obviously :P)

If you go the way to Godwars, you always get rocks thrown at you by trolls standing on a cliff. Go up the cliff and up and up and up. Then go into the cave :)

This is a lazy way to level.. You don't get HP xp, and only get the minimum magic XP.. It works, but it's really inefficient.. :| F.O.G. is probably even worse.. You only get half the XP, and while it's free, you get next to no xp and timing between games is quite a bit. Try alching, and at around 80+, you can try maging Metal Dragons.. Chaos gauntlets+Bolt spells, or wave spells are good for training there, and you have a chance at a Dragon drop or Visage. Yeah, well, he wanted to use fire strike.. o.O What else was I to suggest? :P You can probs find a guide for maging metals somewhere here :P

This isn't good for drops, but with Fire Strike, it's really your only option. You know the wizards south of Falador? The ones wearing robes to match their element? Well, put on some D'hide and equip your Staff of Fire. Take your mind runes down to the wizards and attack the one wearing the red robes (fire wizard or something :P ). Proceed to attack him- you will never hit, but still get xp, and he will almost never hit you (take a lil' bit of cheap food in case he gets a few lucky hits or a random pops up).
