Ya that would be awesome, and they better release these capes sooner rather then later. Who says these are NEW designs? Could have been concept art when they were originally designing the skill capes we have now, and decided on a simplistic design which means that its was/is still an ideas in the head of one or more of jagex staff which means it is still all posable
