And you can shut off atmosphere, anyways.
  2. That's what I hope most of the folks I go to use as their logic. I didn't even wear a mask last year. It hurt m face, so I just went door to door and asked for candy.
  3. All the time. I can't particularly think of an example, though.
  4. And where would they know where to click?
  5. [bleep]ING CANDY YES I'm probably one of the few high-schoolers that still trick-or-treats and enjoys it for the candy. Probably just gonna wrassle up a mask somewhere, though. Can't afford anything else.
  6. I only thought the Dutch and French girls were [bleep]s. Learn something new every day.
  7. Try letting it brew in your room. :)
  8. It's debating opinion and personal belief. Not exactly an oxymoron, but the same general point.
  9. You waited that long? Apparently you haven't met an American lassie.
  10. Yay! I'll play with you after my first play through. Maybe during. Dunno. Anyways, 12 days! Woohoo!
  11. I meant by the time you're around 16, things like whether or not you "like" someone don't particularly matter when it comes to dating. If you're likable enough, or said female/male really doesn't have anything to do, you'll have a date almost as easy as an adult.
  12. I'll probably get in trouble for bringing my flask, but I just use it to drink Dr. Pepper and hot chocolate out of. Give it a few days, teachers will trust me with it, and I can bring whatever I want.
  13. Saying we aren't built to eat meat is bull. Besides, if you think we should only eat what we're built to eat (nd that we aren't built to eat meat), have fun foraging for roots.
  14. The thing is, Iraq's infrastructure in the north and south had already been destroyed by Saddam's regime in the 90's, and that's where a lot of our presence is (I don't think we really need to say alliance, I know I've fought about that, but it's mostly us there anyways). A lot has actually improved there. The same with Baghdad, although it's considered worse there because of things like the daily power loss. But the reason for that is how much power Baghdad generates for the rest of the nation - which hadn't had any power for quite some time. While I'm sure they care if they are directly affected (like Baghdadians), many of the rural people rarely see Americans or other Coalition troops, and even if they do, today it's relatively rare for war to sprout up where there once was a lot. One thing I have to say about Iraqis: They are very, very strange. They will forgive and forget as easily as they'll form feuds that can last centuries.
  15. He just wants an idealistic utopian socialistic communistic capitalistic democratic fascist state where we're given millions of dollars but still live on grass because we don't need it. Duh.
  16. Yeah. Steal their tires. Then they might have a girlfriend, but they have no tires. So their girlfriend, who was only attracted to them due to their tires, shall swoon into your arms. Worked many a time for me, my friend.
  17. I'm 5"8 and barely 115 pounds, if that much. Lost a lot of weight recently, almost all fat. My upper legs look like they have massive tumors into them. But, I like a relatively average girl. I'm not particularly attracted to girls on the heavier or the much lighter side. I doubt girls would be attracted to guys on the extremes of either scale, either.
  18. Ooo, and actual answer. Very well-written. I don't really have any counterpoints to any of that, to be honest. Great post. Oh, wait. 7. I wasn't implying Iraqis are backwards and don't know about the West, just that they don't particularly care. They have enough to worry about with themselves and their families, of course. You really sort of focused Freakyhair's ramblings and made a lot more since out of them.
  19. Eh, some of the cheaper kind has a slight alcoholly smell.
  20. DAMNIT I WAS SO EXCITED TO POST THAT WHEN I READ THE TOPIC POST >_< Arrrgh. That's really all I want to say.
  21. There's no biological need for many things in the world, yet we still have them or do them. Doesn't make them unnecessary at all. Unless you're arguing that hunting in this day and age is an absolute necessity for survival, that's a completely redundant point. Not even pro-hunting campaigners argue that it is a necessity. The closest they come, in general, is that it is necessary in order to "control the countryside". Wha? It isn't a necessity for survival, although it does have a lot of good things about it - particularly population control. White-tail deer, some of the most commonly hunted animals here in the U.S, have exploded in population relatively recently, due to abundance in food and lack of predators. That's a good point, I guess. But it's ridiculous for both sides for argue over whether or not it's a necessity. Just a fun (and particularly tasty) way to deal with animals' population.
  22. By that age, don't worry about who "likes you" and all that. A lot of single girls will give anyone a shot. It's still a little different than being an adult, where it's really a lot easier, but pretty similar. Or you could do the adult thing. Get 'em drunk.
  23. I wish I could reply seriously, and accept their beliefs as I'd accept Judaism or Hinduism. But I can't. It's just so funny. *Snicker* I was thinking the same thing. Haha, same here.
  24. Yeah, it's really a stupid choice of name, since now it isn't even a war so much as a rebuilding (at least, in Iraq. Still a lot more fighting in Afghanistan). And ideologies being commonly misinterpreted, also true. Commie :P
