I'd suggest fire bolting at Iron/steel dragons with Anti fire pots+shield. You get HP Xp and your money back from drops.

I'd just wear the Black D hide or Karils with dark gloves and ranger boots. Also don't forget to bring p pots and rasnge pots and the chins.

Wc: Cut willows+bank by Draynor Bank Smithing: Do dwarf cannon,get an ammo mould and buy steel bars to make cannon balls.

Since your ranging you might want Prayer pots/range pots/ and super def pots. Invest in a Rune C'bow and bolts/MSB and iron arrows/and a crystal bow. I'd suggest only ranging safespotable ones. I also suggest getting guthans for healing while meleeing some tasks.
