O thats normal now adays with all the shootings and such. Personally we like in a Hillbilly area and if you go to 1/3 cars in our lot it most likely has a gun in it since it's about hunting season. Not every rune item is avaible ina shop. Rune war hammers are a chaos dwarf drop and very rare at that. Also if there was no rune smithing prices would be excatly what stroe prices would be. P.S: If people mined dragon and added 1,000 more dds's into the market the price would drop alot since they would want to sell them quickly.
