Good work, I know most beginners wouldn't even know what the pentool is and it's function. You, on the other hand have. You've grasped the basics, but I notice that you use blending options/layer styles/filters too much. This is more a personal opinion, but work looks much better without filters. I do know one guy who offers lessons on pentool/vectoring, $35 I believe for a few lessons; this is some of his artwork. Good luck, I think you could do great.

Nice work, but try to give it a more 3D look than the layered look you have.

Some nice Runescape signatures, a little too contrasted for my liking, though. The splash page is nice, but the scanlines on the speech bubbles could have their opacity lowered a little. Nice work though, it's always good to have more artists here on the gallery!

I do think they are a good idea, most seatbelts are manufactured to a good standard - most of the time, it's you're own fault when you crash a car, so if you see seatbelts as a risk, it's got to be a risk you are prepared to take.

You have lots of tabs open - I'm not saying it the problem, but it could be one of a few contributing factors. Having that many tabs open will slow down firefox.
