You could do it if you want to, it probably isn't a very good plan though. 95-99 is 4,262,873 xp, which is over 17k magic logs. This will take you a very long time, but if you want to do it, good luck.

I have 10 on fish, 5 on flax, which is usually the most profitable. Always have at least 750k in your coffers because the workers will take 10% of what's in your coffers, with a maximum of 75k per day. If you have less than 750k in the coffers, the workers will not take as much cash as they can, and therefore they will not produce as many materials as they can, so you make less profit.

I have 6 mil cash to spend, and I was wondering if it would be at all possible to buy either 99 smithing or crafting with it. I remember crafting would have been possible with bracelets but the prices have changed, making them a loss of over 30 mil. I'm not completely sure if smithing was ever possible, but if anyone knows I would really appreciate it.

Look in the gallery's art bazaar subforum (http://forum.tip.it/viewforum.php?f=106) and you can ask for a signature from one of the many great artists there by using their shops or make a personal request.

Most people don't give gifts at 99 parties. If your friend is having a drop party, you could put a few things in the chest, but that's about it. As for the party, most people (including myself) go somewhere nice, level the skill by either training it or using a lamp, getting the cape, then go to a minigame like stealing creation, clan wars, castle wars, fight pits, soul wars, or any team based game.

I'm not really part of either. My school is very small (currently less than 80 kids in the class and it's the largest ever, and the average high school around here has about 850 in a class) so everyone knows each other and we all hang out with each other to an extent.

Platebodies are fast, but you lose a lot. Superheating mith bars is decently fast, and you lose very little money, you might even turn a profit. You could also superheat adamant bars, I don't know much about the losses for those though, sorry.

Never. A lot of people say you stop burning at 90, but you don't (though the burn rate is very low) From 90-94 I cooked 17k monkfish and burnt 2-3. Most people will burn 1, or not burn any. The burn rate is probably around 1 in 10k, but it still happens.
