I wasn't being rude, I was just saying that questions like these can be answered pretty quickly with a short search :-s . Look how I phrased my post. I had no intention of being rude, nor do I believe my post was rude in any way. This forum's just too used to acrid remarks and sarcasm >_>. Oh, and you're welcome for the information. what is your problem man? I just thought I'd share my story and ask if anyone knew anything about spiders, geeze. Why all the hate?

*ignores rudeness* yeah I figured it wasn't true, but I thought maybe it could have been something like really tiny spiders that are barley even classified as spiders or something. any ideas on identification? Cause I've been hunting around and can't find any orange spider... I guess it was more orange-brown...

wow, I am really freaked out right now. I just found a big spider in my house, maybe about 1-1.5 inches long! And it was a weird shade of orange, kinda brown. I dunno what kind it is though, I wish I had examined it more.. So, I spotted it, and jumped up to grab something to contain it in and found a plastic jar thing that i used to capture it. Then I went to throw it out the window, but it didn't make it out, and fell on the ground, running away. and it was going fast, if it hit any nook or cranny it would be gone. So I crushed it with the side of my jar instead. It made a crunching noise! ah, the thrill of the kill. but now I'm sitting here all spider paranoid lol. Is it really true that you eat 8 spiders a night while sleeping? I've heard this but always assumed its based off a technicality or something.... EDIT: just to clarify I made this thread for discussion about spiders or any stories you have about spiders or whatever. The point of the thread is not just to answer my questions answered and be finished, I'm interested in what people have to say...

heh, I used to have a friend like that, but he moved away. Actually I've had like 2 or 3 friends like that. Just the really annoying one moved, so I got lucky there. I dunno how old you are or whatever, but I've found that these people tend to grow out of it. Like I met this one guy a few years ago and he was a lot like you were describing, but now he has changed a lot and is much less annoying.

Mike Gravel. He's basically a liberal Ron Paul. And he wants to implement direct democracy which would be freaking awesome. and he doesn't take funds from lobbyists or corporate interests, which is why you've probably never heard of him. That and the media doesn't consider him a serious candidate so he gets excluded from debates sometimes. but he can definitely still win.

wow I'm very disappointed in the audience. They should have stood up to them and took em down. They can't tase everyone in the audience. but no they just laugh at him as he's being tased. What a bunch of [wagon]. and John Kerry didn't do anything either, he could have easily just told the police to calm down and that it was ok, and surely then the police wouldn't have made a problem when one was not present.

would you rather be really fat or really skinny? See, I'm fairly skinny (like 117 or something), and I really don't like it, and I hear all this stuff about weight loss all the time, and I'm thinking man sometimes I'd rather be fat. though I think i'd prefer to be like I am rather than be REALLY fat (300+) so would you guys rather be skinny or fat?

Here are some random musings for you all to enjoy... So I recently turned 17 and I can't help but feel like I've practically wasted my entire teenage years. I really dunno what to think. from like 13-15 I was really all doing good in school and really concentrating on my grades and stuff. Then I realized there are much more important things out there than grades and I tried to become more social and stuff. But really, I just don't seem to fit in anywhere. I made some friends and stuff, but what does it really matter? Eventually they will just leave you or impact you in some negative way. But then on the other hand if you devote yourself rigorously to academics, what's that gonna get you? You go on to become some corrupt CEO of a company and [cabbage] on the little guy. I don't wanna be that. So, I decide I'll study just because I like the stuff we do in school, not cause I want to become 'successful'. But what a waste that is too cause then you never really get anywhere. This whole life thing is just so confusing, I guess I just don't really know what is important, or who I am, but I feel very much like something is lacking and that I've missed out on a big chunk of my teenage life. Maybe cause I've never had a girlfriend. But then again thats another thing, I'm not even sure I want a girlfriend, cause then I'd have to be mean to her to keep her liking me apparently. and yeah yeah they say all that stuff about some girls like the nice guys, no you're full of crap. The minute girls who are with nice guys see some 'cool' guy the nice guy is dumped in an instant. So yeah for all of you saying the answer is love or whatever, I can't help but suspect even this is not right. So really I dunno what to think, but I can't help but wishing really bad that I could just go back and do my teenage life over again. Does anyone have any idea why I might feel like this, and how to possibly help at all?

Kanye West's new album. It is quite good, though I think his other stuff is better. beat's 50 cent though by a ton IMO you can hear pretty much the whole thing on youtube.
