no point in bringing just the shortbow for spec, use rune x'bow with diamond bolts and like 50 d stone in invy (or less) to pull out at the end of the fight.

(I'm p2p btw) OT: YEW LONG/SHORTBOWS AND RUNE ARROWS. The max hit with range on f2p is like 18 or something and p2p it's over 60 with dstone bolts and 48 48 with d bow... And f2p meleers max is like 32 or something.

Obviously you've never pked, on f2p when they run into the bank it's virtually impossible to kill them, and don't expect a pure to 'go to the wildy to pk', that would defeat the purpose of having a low combat. And don't say something like, 'den raize defenz lol den joo wil soorvyve in teh wildy', if I wanted to do that, I would go on my main.

So I tried out the new pvp on my pure, Y U So Nub, he has 40 def with 60 range, and I must say it sucks. Every single time I start to beat someone, they run into the bank with like 5 food left, and on top of this, our [developmentally delayed]ed character just keeps running into the wall of the bank, and while I'm doing that my opponent just runs up the ladder. Another thing is we have virtually nothing to ko with, a range 2h combo is terrible at low levels, and also range is terribly underpowered. We have, at our best, addy arrows with a max hit at 60 range of 11 or 10 or something, how the hell can I kill someone with that? Can't we at least have yew bows with rune arrows? So basically what I'm saying is don't bother trying to pk as a rune pure at low levels in f2p, and tbh even high lvl pking is the same, on my main, Silomin, everyone I started to beat just ran... It's ridiculous, Jagex should extend the attack time in the bank or at least make it so after you run into a safe zone while being attacked, you can't go up ladders. Either that or give us something other than a bloody rune 2h to ko with.

... wat Hardcore is not a heavier version of metalcore at all, it's a heavier version of punk, and it's not a 'typical screamo' sound at all, most hardcore songs don't even scream, post hardcore ones do though. When I play certain songs with my speakers, I can hear the guitar but the singing doesn't come through properly unless I set the balance all to one speaker. But then it's really quiet and not very practical. Also when I put headphones in they don't work unless I turn the speakers right up to the max. Voice playback: Realtek AC97 Audio in case that helps. Please don't tell me how to use the volume control in the taskbar, I already know that, and everything's on max/ balance set to the middle. -.- Halp?[/hide] EDIT: I put the 'wave' balance to one side and now it seems to one side and it seems to work but the headphones still dont work unless the volume is maxed.
