Not sure about Steam itself, but with the game files you definately can. Aslong as you get it from the same account you will be using. So just copy the folder [account name] from C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps to [location]\Steam\steamapps. (You probably knew that, but this saves others from having to ask.)

Dusty, on your thing to shoot down satellites or w/e that are dropping onto Earth, it's pointless. Satellites used to crash into Earth would not burn up upon reentry. This means that all that would happen is a large area of destruction from shrapnel.

:| Alot of places still have dial-up, nobody in my town (apart from me) has anything other than dial-up. The only thing I hate about Steam is the actual client itself. It needs to be more reliable and faster. Especially after updates, half the time I have to delete my .blob files and start Steam to get it to work. I now just leave it running 24/7 to try and fix this problem.

I hope you notice PC is the proper gaming system right? ;) PC isn't a gaming system. The main focus of consoles is gaming. With a PC it is (currently) using the internet as big part of our lives. Although not all computers are designed with that as their main focus. computers are so versatile and expandable. Gaming just so happens to be something that computer users have had many years to improve and perfect controls.

How is that less likely than shuffling zombies which never tire, will take 5 years to die and can only be killed by a headshot? The 'zombie powder' you described is just toxins mixed to paralyze a person to the point of near-death. This causes them to go into a coma and their lungs and heart also become paralyzed. The 'zombies' are just people who have had severe brain damage, who probably would not remember anything and would suffer issues cause from lack of oxygen to their body.
