Suppliments and finding out if they could be combined, then it's a matter of getting a days worth of each and crushing them together and liquifying them, but they would only be needed if we couldn't get enough of the vitamins in food, such as being forced to eat only canned meats as our fresh food supply is out, but if we could get our hands on alot of adrenaline that would be great! I'm worse, so glad none of my family browse these forums, mum would kill me for staying up till 6AM playing Vegas 2 with my friend, for a few days in a row, but we got up late, and I slept nearly the whole day after he left and I'm never doing it again, 4:30 is now my limits. You asking if the Government should be obliged to try and limit people from too much internet has made me think, and it wouldn't work, and if they did do it then I would move to a country where they won't, limit it, as I would never pay tax to a government that wants to tell me how to use the internet. Is 1:43AM, yesterday (22nd) was my birthday, I turned 17. And, I agree, we should try and capture as much non-renewable resources as possible, and running a communications system off of it, but using wood burning stoves etc, so we can maintain comms with the outside world. ~Knotch I am the driver Agreed. Start with a docking area, and then a path to the center with a main infrastructure and a tall tower, with a large bell, to alert the people who inhibit the place.... and eventually opens up like when pac-man dies and spreads open? ~Knotch One problem, a bell would alert zombies from miles around. And we want the island to appear deserted. Would 2 way radios be useful? I believe you can get headsets for most of them these days. Also we should think of ways to generate electricity (solar powered, wind, generators) and using stuff that we can power by hand (such as those crank torches) will also give us a big advantage as to keeping the community alive and well looked after (for those of you who, lik me, must bring their laptops/mobiles with them everywhere then those generators you can get for powering stuff by peddling is a must) EDIT: Bulletproof vests won't be effective, I recall a Russian man asked his friend to stab him to see if the vest would stop the knife, the man died from the stab wound. ---------------- Listening to: Demon Hunter - Thorns

I have spent the last 6 days (Mon to Sat) in Bourke, an outback town in North Eastern NSW. It has been a real experience, as I went with some of my church to help run a children's program there. We only spent 3 of the days doing the program, as on Monday and Saturday we were traveling and doing anything on those days was out of the question (Bourke is 723km from the church) and on Tuesday we were at the local park getting to know some of the people. On the Monday night we met up with some of the Bourke church, and I found out that one of the guys there was a relative of mine! Odly enough there is a resemblence between us in looks, physique and laugh, even though we aren't closely related, but having having relatives out there really brightened me up, as some people respected me when they found out I was related to him. Me and my friends stood up on the stage after the program one day and got some tables, chairs and a microphone stand and pretended to be playing the songs that was playing through the speakers, we kept swapping around what instruments we were playing, when people started to notice I was on bass (lower half of microphone stand) my friend was on electric (upper half of microphone stand) and my other friend was on keyboard, it got recorded on video also had a few photos taken when I was on keyboard with some sunnies on. The person who recorded us up there added commentry, and called us Coldplay as Viva La Vida was playing at the time.
