Volatile loses 10% each transformation and only 10% till you have to change it again I believe. Morphic doesn't. Gives slightly less experience but doesn't lose 10% per change.

As others above me pointed out, getting a 99 is harder in F2P than it is as a member. That makes it even more of an accomplishment, and so they deserve a Cape of Accomplishment to show it off. For herblore I used serum 207's, little cost but you can't sell them back. Get that to 62, and i'll sell you my spare greenman's ale (m) if you want for really cheap, so you can pot up to 65 when you start. Farming; I used kwuarms, pineapples and Maples + penguin points. Also get that to 62, and just potup with garden pie. Thought so and thanks. Doesn't GM ale only boost +2 though?
