If you ever think about music, the effects of music media and styles on the population as a whole could be good. Talk about the change from classical music, through good classic rock, and into today's rap/hip-hop based music society, and what could have caused the changes, and what changes in society as a whole could have been caused. If I had to write a paper, that's what I'd do.

I think it might be a bit of a bandwidth stress to have all our vids on the same sticky. Every time someone opened it, it would be a massive strain on the servers to load all of the videos posted on the sticky.

It's really not necessary, as the marketplace forums don't actually get much traffic in the first place.

I love snowboarding. Unfortunately, with hockey, I rarely have time to do it, but when I get out I get out for a long time. I'm taking a year off hockey next year to snowboard more (my parents are gonna buy me a new board too =D).

Great idea. My only worry is that, as many people have said, this will bring in unwanted traffic from the not-so-intellectually-minded tipiters. If that happens, we'll have practically destroyed the debate club. I think that to do this, there'd really need to be a topic-creating standard that would be upheld in the Debate Club to keep it simply at the intellectual level it's at now. I've seen many posts that are near to a full browser page long, that can explore all the sides of an entire topic and then make a convincing argument for one or another. However, by comparison, General has far too many posts that are simple one-liners. Admittedly, sometimes in Debate Club your point's already been made, but I know I saw one really brutal one (by my standards) that shouldn't have been in here at all. My problem is that, moved out to a more noticeable position, we'd simply increase the numbers of these kinds of posts and degrade the quality of our own little private community. I think the rules about spam and things like that should be FAR more strictly enforced in Debate Club than anywhere else. This is what I'm worried about. this isn't thought-provoking or debatable whatsoever, and so doesn't add to the debate in any way. This should be able to be reported and removed in Debate Club. I saw a post that said this in a debate earlier this week, and I think moving the forum out would provoke more of these, thereby possibly wrecking the debate for those more serious debaters, and none of us would enjoy it anymore. I realize this post is pretty long-winded, but I had to get it all out of my system and make it fully clear. What I'm trying to say is, one-line posts should not be permitted in Debate Club. =P However, I support the idea completely. I just hope we get more good traffic than bad.

Yeah. With Cassiel, she.. just got kinda jealous, but wasn't quite so overt about her not wanting Ash to have a date with her - she just called at two in the morning. =D Ash, however, has always been pretty outright about her feelings about Emily. She kissed her the once, and if you take a look at the time Em tried to date Casper, Ash wasn't too happy about it. But... Ash definitely knows she feels something for Ash. She also kissed Ash once (in her sleep) and admitted to Casper she loved Ash when he told her he liked Brent.

99% chance of this happening imo it seems that 1% has won out. Ash now has a girlfriend, and Emily was there to witness the kiss. This will be interesting. There's already a topic with lots of debate on this. Thoughts about the digital economy

First thing I thought as soon as Em opened the garage door :-w . But now we've got to wait 'til Monday until (1) Emily asks "hey, what's she doing here?" as the girl leaves, leaving Ash to explain the matter in the way he does best- the complete opposite of the way he should respond. That, or (2) Emily might FINALLY get back on the Misfile subject. Or both. Compared to past predictions I don't really have high beliefs for these two guesses, but it does feel plausible that one, the other, or both will occur. Don't waste any money betting on it though, because the first is more of a joke, and may occur in one panel at most, and the second, well, the mood of the scene doesn't seem to fit that prediction/hope (too much jubilance and relaxation, especially in Emily's case). Eh, one can hope, and those two predictions are my best guesses and hopes for the next scene of Misfile :-w . On a side note, anyone else notice that this comic may have a homo:hetero ratio of about 3:1 :-k ? I'd be interested in seeing the first option, I always love to see Ash make a fool of herself, and it happens often enough to satisfy me =P. She's got chronic foot-in-mouth disease. Yeah, I noticed the sexuality thing... Maybe homosexuals are just more fun to write about thatn heteros. Especially since Ash is technically a homo, but emotionally/mentally hetero... I love the strange, off-kilter way this comic develops. I love innuendo too.

This is really the only major problem I see with the chat, actually. I enjoy being in there, and I've got some good friends, but the lack of people to ignore spammers is problematic. I think that one of the admins who is active ingame should create a new chat.
