This second number should be 144,208,700. Your calculation came out fine anyways, you just forgot to multiply that by 100 (essence cost). It worked out to the right number, just pointing that out. I just kinda took what I've seen to be the average of prices. For instance, I heard the shop update boosted nats to 330ea, but I don't know if that's true. And when I get home, I'll figure out the FFL method, should be interesting.

I posted because of a discussion I had on tipitchat, where we were comparing the results of calculations we'd made. I am actually hoping to solo to 99, as are both the people I mentioned, and even if I don't do it, it's still nice to know how much money I can make. As for RC PKers, that's why I included the one-click teleport in my calculations. I've never been PKed since I started carrying a oneclick tele. And the items you lose are worth a maximum of 90k including the glory, so they're hardly worth including in the calculations even if you do get PKed, unless you get PKed, like, once every 10k natures, which would be pretty bad. I think at my rates, I once calculated somewhere around a year and three months... :D

Agreed. They really need to update some of those skills that are boring and pointless (The only one I can really think of is firemaking, you can't do ANYTHING with it). However, they are going to run into problems.

I've heard that it's relatively good exp. I believe it's faster than Abyss natures, but slower than FFL. Your profit, I haven't done it myself, but I hear it's a near-even or slightly under. It's pretty click-intensive I believe, but no more so than the abyss, which is constant clicking. However, it is more than FFL, as FFL is basically doing nothing.

I think you possibly should've, but it's really his fault that he didn't get enough for it. The 100k is definitely worth more than the runes, but he should have taken the time to look it up. After all, it's not that hard. However, you should try to tell him that the 100k is worth more, and if he won't take it, then it's his fault he's not getting enough for it. I always try to give people a fair price, whether they're newbs or not. If they're not going to take the effort to find out how much it's worth, however, they shouldn't complain.

Oh, MAN! I can't WAIT!!!! This is my favourite book EVER. Read it twenty-odd times, no exaggerating, and it never gets old for me. If the movie follows the book well (unlike Harry Potter - damn them!), it will be awesome. I agree that you need to show key parts of ES as well as EG to get the full story, especially the handpicked army part. Bean does so much for the army that isn't recognized in EG. A possibility would be to make a two-movie seres out of those books, but combine them, so you get the first half of both books in the first movie, etc. It would help them be able to get in the full story, which is completely necessary. You can't cut out much. Can't wait to see the mind-game bits, it'll be interesting how they get that in. Some of the parts with desks will be interesting as well, seeing how they get future tech in there. I'm waiting with bated breath. Anyone have an idea of when it's gonna come out?

There are three truly epic pieces I know of, twenty minutes long. =D Hemispheres, 2112, and Fountain of Lamneth by Rush. They're awesome.

Amazing guide. =D> Only two things wrong with it as I see it. Number one, you state that monsters are non-aggressive to players under level X. The non shouldn't be there. And number two, I believe Jagex made an update where you can still be attacked in the wild even if you're in combat with a monster, so the skeleton evasion thing no longer works. Really well written, you put a lot of work into this guide, and it shows.
