I always love reading Qeltar's work, even if I don't particularly agree with him. However, in this case, I do - great article from a great author. Some people really needed to realize some of these points... Great work, again, Qeltar.

Thanks for the move, whichever mod did it. Every time I click the link to enter a world, in any browser (I've tried Firefox and IE) the browser window shuts down. Is it just me, or are others having the same problem? I was doing fine just half an hour ago, and I can log in to any other site with no problems.

Thanks. Now, I don't think that adding on more ranks is a very good idea. Different colored Goblin Armours? I don't think I'd like that pretty much. However, There are many different ranks already to obtain. I think adding on new ranks would get in the way of the challenge of getting a higher rank. :-w So.. I'll watch around for other comments. ~Alina I'm with you. It'd screw up the system they use, wouldn't it? I mean, the amounts of posts needed to go up a rank is supposed to increase incrementally, correct? So if you add more ranks, either you add them onto the top, or you mess up the whole system. Anyways... I think that it's kind of pointless anyways, as the ranks thing isn't honestly meant to be a main focus of the forums, and you'd be putting too much importance on it if you updated it.

I'd go with crossdressing, and getting the skirt. It gives better bonuses than the other two combined (I think). Unless it feels too awkward dressing up as a girl - never had the issue myself. Or else just get a sex change. =D

Well, then people who were doing an extremely simple run over and over again (say, smithing in Al Kharid) who have done the action so many times that they have actually worked out the shortest way and click the same coordinates every time would be screwed. Yes, it is possible to do that - I know that with Runecrafting, even at level 71, I've already got my route from bank -> wilderness ditch perfected. This is the same distance from most anvils/furnaces that are used... so what's the chance that someone's going to be banned because they did what they were doing to well?

Well, if you're not going to be using it often enough to bother getting it, why would you even consider using it? It's a spell that was made for camping monsters. If you're only camping ~40 dusties, then you'd barely need to use the spell for what mrmyk said - minimising banking time. So, I guess I'd get the spell myself. And hey, you never know - I might end up using it in the future, so if I need it, I'll get it, even if I don't plan on using it much.

Oh, my, you're pretty trivial. I've got abso-bloody-lutely no clue. And he went to London to try to get work in music in England before returning and signing with Rush. I kinda just wrote a loooottt of stuff about each of the band members and albums. I've got a couple paragraphs for the band, couple paragraphs per member, and a paragraph and then some on each album. All the albums and members have a YouTube clip attached, too, so you can see a sample of their work through the ages. It took me far too long to write. I was working on it for, like three weeks :shock: Anyways... New question. What did Alex reportedly eat $19,000 worth of in a single afternoon?

At 59 runecrafting, I could do 1.8k per hour. I'd give you about fifty hours to do 105k, and yes, it's completely worth it, especially through the Abyss. you don't burn out easily in there, as it's actually enjoyable and varying. All those who gave you 900-1.3k per hour aren't very fast runecrafters. :wink: And btw, the fairy rings are really crappy. They're wayyy slower, and wayyy more boring. Mind giving us a method with your madness?? :-k If I can do near 2k nats per trip, hell I will start runecrafting tomorrow and it is the only stat that bores me to the core :boohoo: 'Kay. I use super energies, which I know some don't. I use the abyss, and I never let anything distract my focus. When I want to type messages, I always type them either immediately after I click to move or while I'm working on an abyssal obstacle, and my hand is always back on the mouse so as to lose absolutely no time while runecrafting. I make a point to get involved in a few lengthy conversations per hour, so as not to burn out. I listen to high-energy, upbeat music. I watch Lightning chat, periodically inserting a message or two, so as not to get bored ever. Boredom is your main enemy while runecrafting. If you get bored, you'll never come back, and your production will be hurt while you stay. There are a few of my secrets. Hope some of them help. Obviously, not all of them are for everyone, but a few of them are bound to work for you. However, if you don't honestly enjoy the skill, you'll never be a top notch producer.
