  1. A polar shift is plausible but I doubt it will cause the end of the world. It will certainly effect us negatively but I think we will overcome it very quickly (1-2 years). Polar shifts have happened many times before, yet biological life still exists today. I don't see why this polar shift will be any different.

Yes they do use different muscles but some other muscles are both used. In a triathlon you will always see the riders changing their saddle height and cycling style when they begin to get close to the running stage, this is to warm up the lower leg muscles (the running ones) as his uppers are already warm. As the thread creator said he / she just wants to build up fitness for the track.

Doing a certain amount of miles would do very little if you're not doing it right. You could 10-15 miles very relaxed and that would do very little for your fitness. Go to a trail near your home or a park or something and just ride as hard and as fast as you can till you can't anymore due to lactic acid / too tired. That gives you a great cardio workout, improves your endurance and will build up muscle quickly as you're tearing a lot of the muscle fiber. Ride as close to your limit a you can, don't be afraid of falling, it doesn't hurt to much. Research proper cycling techniques first, saddle position is hugely important, if it's to low you're wasting so much energy trying to go faster and the workout wont be as good. Try and eat a lot of protein as well to best improve your muscles regenerate.

Show more respect for the Aussie flag than that Dan. Seriously as its been pointed out earlier, people have died for that flag, and all you promote yourself out to be is a disrespectful ignorant [puncture]. Wake up to yourself. People have died for many a thing yet people still disgrace that object. Why should a flag be treated any different? People don't die for the flag, they die for the country it represents. Seven of my family members have died for Irish freedom, yet I don't hold this [cabbage] patriotic view that they died for the flag, they died for Ireland and it's freedom. Not some [bleep]ing [developmentally delayed]ed Green, White and Orange flag
  5. I'd want to see videos, learn if there's any problems, stuff like that, before I buy, that's what I mean by reviews. They'll most likely offer a free trial like WoW's, so if they do download and read reviews as well.

You sir, are looking at the wrong Levis. the 510's and 511s are completely stunning for their price of about 20euros. "I think label Jeans are stupid, there's no difference in the fabric, if there is it's not noticeable, no ones is going to think I'm cool or hot just because I'm wearing a label, and most label Jeans you can buy for about 30 - 40 Euro in your local mainstreet store." Are you [bleep] kidding me? No difference in the fabric? Have you ever worn or touched 150+ euro jeans? Yes, it is very noticeable, people who have a sense of fashion will know right away what jeans and what designer you're wearing. No, you don't buy jeans for the label, you buy them for their material, fade, and fit. You buy them to compliment your body type and to help what looks good with a certain outfit or shirt. Fake washed and acid washes on jeans are disgusting, and look terrible. If you think they look good, you need a revision. Bootcut is out, slim fit is in. If you're fat and can't fit into them, you are not fashionable. EDIT: OH RIGHT Tipit, throw away your garbage jeans like Aeropostale, AE, A&F, Hollister, and etc... Also, throw away your cargo shorts and pants, they're [bleep] tacky. Quit wearing flipflops, learn to wear a nice pair of shoes. Wow you sure have an Ego, and as a matter of fact I own 6 pairs of 150+ Jeans, most of the cheaper ones I buy feel very similar. You do realise every country has it's own different form of fashion? I live in Ireland, completely different fashion to the stuff you're talking about, if I saw you in the type of Jeans you're talking about straight away I'd consider you unfashionable by the sounds of it. How the [bleep] do you expect a common teenager to wear clothes costing 150 euro a piece? By the sounds of your "fashion sense" and arrogance I'm guessing you're one of "daddys little angel" types where you get all the money you need? Well the world doesn't work like that, how do you expect people to wear high end labels if they can't afford it? It's unrealistic and utter [cabbage]. Tip for you, get off your incredibly high horse, stop being a [bleep] sheep and wear your own style, not what others wear nor "what's in and what's out" [cabbage]. You quite obviously have no style if you wear the same as the crowd as it's not your style, you're copying it of the original creator. Individualism is humanities greatest trait, use it. Have you even read a single bit of my post earlier? I've earned every single [bleep] penny i've spent on my clothes. My parents didn't pay for [cabbage]. When I was a teen, all they every spent on me was my food, school supplies, and clothes until I was 15. And the clothes they bought me were from thrift stores, not anything fancy. When I was 15, I had to go out to get a job, so don't you [bleep] ever dare, tell me i'm a, "Daddy's Angel," or some [bleep] spoiled [cabbage] like that. I have to agree with you, fashion is subjective, however I like to push my tastes on to people who I deem just plain ignorant, and your post seemed like so. I apologize for my rudeness. There are many nice jeans that are affordable, and i'm not telling everyone to go out and buy those high end jeans, however it would be nice for everyone if they tried on very expensive jeans once in their life. A [bleep] sheep? Are you seriously calling me a tool, even though you read though my entire post? How absent minded can you be? I don't buy articles of clothing just because Cole Mohr or whoever had worn it down the runway. I buy clothes based upon my own decision and aesthetics. There are certain outlines or guidelines in fashion, such as color clashes and appropriate times to wear certain articles of clothing or not. Anyways, you're bound to look like someone or a certain style sometimes, men's clothes are limited in choice so there isn't as much versatility as women's clothing. The reason why I like one fade and dark jeans are because it doesn't have that clashing wash or weird fades. I'm into very formal casual fashion, so its either slacks or dark jeans. Individualism can also sometimes be mistaken as, "Hipster trash." Having your own style to no basic outlines makes you look like someone from Helsinki. Indeed it will, I can't wait. Yup, I apologize for my rudeness and not reading the entire post. What you were saying to me originally just seemed to sound very arrogant / spoiled :|
  7. Just use a proxy to bypass the parental controls. Goods ones are: 1. Hidemyass.com 2. Vtunnel IMO every teenager needs a small bit of violence / sexual stuff in their life to develop as a person normally, not discover it all at 18 and go on overkill :|
  8. Ye I feel the same about it lol, everyone sees it as a grind while I find it calming and nice that I'm making money while doing it. 2 Amazing 99's I've always wanted (and will eventually get ;)) so 10/10, keep it up

  10. IMO scrap any of the "months" and just make an "America" month, A African American is just as much American as a European American, sames goes for for Asians, Hispanics etc etc. As long as they hold an American passport they are as much American as a White European American.
  11. Yup, the whole "slave" argument is pretty stupid either way, the average American citizen during the period was to poor to own 1 slave, most slaves were owned by plantation owners who used slave labor leaving the white citizens jobless, if they pull the "slave" card on you, tell them they forced your ancestors into poverty
  12. Goddammit!! I demand the ability to sell aborted baby stew! An 18's version of Fable 2 would be interesting, ride-by Horse shootings anyone?
  13. Grats on 1600, from here on every level feels good, not easy :D
  14. God doesn't exist to me, my spiritual beliefs are very weird but I couldn't care. I think everyone has 1 life, the world revolves around their life, life is their chance to be successful and make friends, achieve stuff etc. When they die they will be reborn onto Earth with only their friends and loved ones, only the people that person wants, their past life reflects on their "heaven life", if they were successful then they will be successful in "heaven", if they made many friends then they will have many friends to spend the rest of eternity with. That's why I try to make the most of life, so I can be happy in my own view of Heaven.
  15. Unfortunately for you and I many people are yet to realise the Irish stereotypes are nowadays completely untrue. The alcoholic stereotype came about because in the 19-20th century Ireland suffered severe food shortages / poverty, so many resourced to alcohol to help deal with the pain / stress. We never had a attitude, the Irish are world renowned for their welcome to tourists, In my school year, all Irish, there is only 11 Ginger kids out of 157 people, that's 7% of people being Ginger. Basically if they take the piss out of you for being Irish just go along with it, if they say "you're Irish, sure you're a heavyweight" I'd normally reply "Ye I know, it's [cabbage]e, costs more to get hammered  " If people know you take offence to it then they'll keep taking the piss out of you for it.

Levi's I think are the most bland of jeans, most I see are just one shade the whole way through and have no style, the exact reason why the only people I see wearing them are 35+. I think label Jeans are stupid, there's no difference in the fabric, if there is it's not noticeable, no ones is going to think I'm cool or hot just because I'm wearing a label, and most label Jeans you can buy for about 30 - 40 Euro in your local mainstreet store. Topman and Pullandbear do some pretty amazing jeans, that's where I buy all mine.
  17. Consider yourself lucky then. From what I know/heard 4 or 5 (maybe 6) people I know have tryed commiting suicide, More have cut themselves (one tryed to use a paper clip :wall: , one used a razor blade in the middle of class...An ambulance was called :wall: ). But back O.T, I don't see anything wrong with it, I really don't want some deppressed kid dragging my great mood down, or making me think like that. So cut the problem at the roots & it can't grow. Ok, I don't want to see a white suburban kid acting like a stereotypical black gang member (no-offence meant), does that mean we have the right to outlaw Rap / Gangsta music? Nope it doesn't, you can only outlaw stuff for genuine reasons :| There's also a difference between genuinely trying to commit suicide and your average "Emo" attempt. It's like the paper clip scenario, they're deliberately not going to do much damage to themselves yet they'll do enough for attention. That's the difference between some Emo kid making a mix of vodka and medicine cabinet pills or a genuinely depressed person putting a gun to their head and pulling the trigger. If the Emo can drag your mood down and make you think depressed thoughts then you must have quite a weak mindset :|
  18. I'll probably be out dieing on the WW3 battlefield trying to make a difference while most people sit in their homes cowering in fear of their coming death :| Fine while ye do that I'll stock pile actual weapons. Sure there will be nukes but what's stopping us from using guns and the likes of that in the next war (and there prob will after ww3) There's actually a famous saying by Albert Einstein. "I don't know what weapons WW3 will be fought with, but I do know WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones" I think that's what Xman was referring to :
  19. They never work, my age group is quite at target now from Irish organizations to discourage underage drinking / smoking Via TV ads. The only thing I think when I see these ads is "hmmm, a couple beers with the lads would be good right now" or "I feel like a smoke". Seeing the anti-smoking ads doesn't discourage me, just makes me want a smoke
  20. No, No, No!!!! You fool, why sell the child? Stuff his remains back into the womb, sell the aborted child. It's simple economics
  21. Thing is, on a online forum many people are from different countries so half the legal advice you get most likely wont count for English law. Anyway, I'm not sure if this will work under English law but have a go anyway, see if anyone who saw you fall that day remembers / can confirm you slipped on a puddle. Then get a doctors letter confirming the injury was from a fall and that fall resulted in you missing the month of work. Then if you have the money present these witness statements / letters to your local lawyer and ask him / her is there any case, if it worth your while etc. Alternatively I think there is a couple of specialty Lawyer groups who specialize in that area like Injurylawyers4u. Good luck anyway with getting some compensation from your employer.
  22. http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5iEhb ... AD92J09700 Sorry, I wanted to be a smartass. I don't like when people refer to anything as a killing machine. It's the person behind a machine, machines have no intent to do anything but be a machine. Guns were created with solely one purpose, to take away life from whatever it shot at. Leave the whole "hunting" rifles [cabbage] out, Guns were originally created for one sole purpose, to make killing humans more efficient.
  23. pre-96 Volvo estates never seem to break down. My dad had one till 2005 and it was in the autoshop only twice with problems, and that was the 93 model. A lot of the new cheap flashy cars break down a [cabbage] load unfortunately, function > looks :
  24. You play the game how you want to Haseo, so that's a 10/10 from me Your BoB is quite nice, spend that 11M carefully :-#
