I myself average about 48 runs per hour, using super energies and time-saving methods (I've timed/raced with Zarfot himself).

I'm pretty sure it's more, since the salve effect aids your exp rates greatly. (Salve Amulet (e) boosts your attack and strength by 20% against undead creatures like skeletons) - It's a bit like a permanent super attack and super strength potion. :)

For the record he trained slayer using recoil rings. FYI. Which means he didn't technically use combat. So the thread posters question is actually a valid one. And all the genie lamps he's come across over his illustrious skilling career (i think). Use the Burthope master to slay at your level. Unless cows and chickens 1-hit you, I see no reason for you to abstain from training combat with slayer. :)

It seems f2pers love animation. I've been f2p for about 2 weeks (only 5 days to go before I'm a member again! \ ) and I get a lot of comments about my fire cape. They seem to associate a fire cape with wealth and then proceed to beg for money. However, I don't get annoyed by it much, I just pretend I don't notice them. F2p is still bearable even at a mid-high combat level like mine and wearing semi-rich stuff. In my opinion, f2p is only as bad as your opinion of it. Just go on with life and finish that trade and ignore those who are creating trouble for the mere 20 minutes spent on this alternate world. :)

Eek, I misread your post, sorry. I guessthat means I should stop x-logging rs in case I get a swarm random event or something between the 30 seconds of auto log.

Just wondering something: what happens after I alt+f4 (clicking the red X on the top right hand corner of the computer screen) my runescape window while I am still logged on ingame? Does my character in Runescape automatically log off if I'm not doing any combat ingame or do I just stay ingame until RS auto-kicks me off since I'm not doing anything (I think it auto kicks after 1 minute)? Likewise, does my RS character log off while I'm in combat if I alt+f4 my browser? I do this a lot as opposed to clicking the logout button. :anxious: thanks

Previously Swiftswitch had buttons which allowed you to hop into worlds even if they were full. After Jagex declared this illegal, Swiftswitch removed these tabs and is now legal to use since it doesn't provide any unfair advantage to the user over other non-swiftswitch-using players. Untrue. There will only be a max of 4 healers. Just distract them by shooting them each once so they focus on you instead of healing Jad. Don't kill them though, that's how they re-spawn (only when they die).

BTW, at 80 ranged and using a full void knight ranged outfit with a rune crossbow + mith bolts, I gain 500k money per hour (assuming addy bars sell for 3k ea), even when deducting the prayer pot and mith bolt costs. There seem to be conflicting responses to the effectiveness of godswords, but generally, the whip is better for slaying lower to moderately defensed creatures (e.g. ogres, giants, etc), while the godsword is more efficient at slaying higher defensed monsters (mostly boss monsters such as GWD bosses, kalphite queen, chaos elemental etc.) Back on thread topic: I'd say theprice of the BGS would consistently keep falling - as the whip is a slightly more efficient weapon GENERALLY. The price only raised to 50m because of Jagex -SLIGHTLY- buffing up the difficulty of killing the GWD bosses (although mainly only the Zamorak one was buffed). In time, it will fall, however updates such as the Grand Exchange may affect the prices, so be wary and vigilant.

Monkey Guards at Ape Atoll. There's an altar right next to the monkey guards where you can protect melee with. Beware of the poison spider though (easily negated with the use of super antipoison potions).

No such thing, unless it's a community based method. Example: Camp in the ZMI Altar and keep trading runners. However, the maximum RC exp per hour that one can gain using conventional, non-runner methods is the ZMI altar at 35,000 exp per hour at around lvl 80 (probably an even 40k when you're 99 rc).
