Most of your methods are outdated. The two best range training methods in the game are aviansies and chinning ape atoll.

No you wouldn't. 50k mage xp an hour, 35 crims an hour, 0 cost, if you kill aviansies for two hours for every hour you burst. 25-30k range xp an hour too. Er, bursting is 150k+ XP and 250 Crimsons an hour if you do 9 Lobsters. And costs 700k an hour. Bursting and aviansies is 0 loss.

Annoying and wasteful? It's the exact same thing. You shouldn't run out of prayer, ever; if you lag out you can just 'x-log' and the game will log you out after a minute.

I think I'm going to try that, 95 defense, enhanced excalibur, bunyips + BTP, It seems like that should be enough. Although, if I get rid of the book I wouldn't have a zammy item, I'm thinking shield? Don't bother with any BTP tabs.
