I agree with the whole Rare weapons being worse than Magic weapons most of the time, so I just salvage them. Seems pretty silly. Although I did find a pretty nice level 10 hand crossbow, which helps a ton at such a low level.

So far I've made three characters: Started with monk (currently a little bit into Act II), a Barbarian (Just beat the Skeleton King), and a Demon Hunter, which isn't very far at all. I'm kind of fickle in that if I find something that would help my barbarian out while playing as my monk, I'll stash it, then go play as the barb and level him up until I'm able to use it, then go back to the monk. My school has a few cooking classes, but the witch that teaches it demands you get a 70% or higher on the tests BEFORE you get to cook. Fail, and you don't get to cook. And of course, her teaching method is "here's a powerpoint, write down what you see as I read it alound rather quickly. Oh you missed information because I changed slides too quickly? Tough shit for you kid" when it comes to the book work.

Drove for five hours (around 200 hours) with my brother and his friend from home (cedar rapids, IA), to Stillwater, MN. Spending the night in a hotel, and tomorrow my brother's friend will be running The Tough Mudder obstacle run. I hate sleeping in hotels, so I can't wait for tomorrow when I'm home.

My local pizza shop's random quality of pizza. Sometimes I'll order a pizza and get one with dry, flaky crust that is hardly cut, and another ill get the greatest pizza ive ever had.

Just remember, Diablo is a game meant to be replayed a lot (with different characters, and harder difficulties). Those guys that beat it in a few hours A) Had a big team, and B) were on the easiest difficulty. I wonder what they'll do with the expansions. I assume there aren't anymore Evils around, leaving only the Angels... Hmm.

I'm just glad you aren't able to be knifed while using the mortars.

What people don't seem to realize is that the game JUST CAME OUT. Yes, their servers weren't exactly tested to see how they would handle when THOUSANDS of people tried playing at once. Give it a while, sheesh. I play the same way (completing an area's map before moving on if possible), and so far I haven't even left the first hub area (so just past the spider queen). I am currently about 10 hours in, so people saying they've beaten it so quickly (dem asians) did it just to say "lol we beat it really fast". The game quide... really... I haven't played the wizard class, but I've seen items (eagle orbs) that seem to add damage to spells. Of course you find armor, it's Diablo! If you really want to try-before-you-buy, I'll PM you with something.

I found a somewhat decent spot (although it's really open to being sniped) on Noshar(?) Canals. Russian spawn, up the hill and under those power line things, next to where A would be on the third set of MCOMS in rush. Can cover C and some of A pretty well. I've seen the dog tag, nothing too great, but still pretty cool. A skull with a mortar hitting it, saying "rain supreme". 103 kills till the mortar medal, but chances are you need 500 kills, if the claymore medal is anything to go by. :twss:

That is the worst idea ever Why exactly are they trying to degrade the game? I dunno. What really killed the mortar is that they nerfed it's damage and reload rate. At this point I feel like it would be better if we had f'ing Treyarch handling balance patches. I wish companies would have the balls to stand up to fans and say 'No, you know what, we made a [bleep]ing good game and if you don't like it, we've already got your money.' Errors and glitches should be fixed, but the balance of things shouldn't be changed just because of a bunch of whiny jackasses. DICE is too focused on their upcoming DLC to properly fix their game. Plus, with this last patch they just broke more stuff (M26 MASS for example). And they did the whole no-spawn-mortaring to prevent people from just sitting in the base, completely safe from dieing (except from enemy mortars/snipers that manage to see them). As for the bolded part, I direct you here. And yea, taking three direct hits to kill someone with the mortar is just complete BS.

Even though it's not what the original Toonami showed, they should play Ed, Edd, and Eddy.

Some maps don't support it (Grand Bazaar), otherwise it's hit and miss when looking for "level terrain". What pisses me off is DICE included the whole "Squad leader spawning ONLY" as DEFAULT on new servers! It's such a stupid idea!

Not a huge fan of how the leveling up works; I miss adding points to stats. :sad: The whole rune aspect is pretty cool though. Started as a Monk for my first character, but only got to level 7 due to being kicked off multiple times <_<.

Picked up Diablo 3, installed it, and am now updating my video card's drivers before playing. Can't wait :grin:. Too bad I have to work tonight... <_<

It annoys me that people who own minivans seem to feel entitled to go way over the speed limit on the interstate/freeway. A solid 90% of the crazy drivers I've seen in my life were driving minivans.

Even the parts that are clearly changed/tampered with in the later re-writings/translations of the Gospels (which I still don't get why there are names to them. Nowhere does it say who wrote them)? It's kind of the opposite for me... half of the time, nobody is even looking at their maps anyway, so it doesn't make that big of a difference that I've noticed.

If I absolutely HAD to follow a religion, it'd be the Norse religion. Food, fighting, and sex when you die sounds good to me. Another question I've asked some religious friends: when you die and go to heaven... What do you look like? What state is your body in? If you died in an explosion, would your body be mutilated? If you died of old age, would you be old still in the afterlife, forever burdened? What about babies that die early? I think all religions have this basic idea of what a heaven would be like, yet when you think of it in more detail, you realize just how flawed it is.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa. If Christianity "started" around Jesus' time, and the current Bible was written at least 40 years after his death... this statement makes absolutely no sense. Unless of course you mean "were written ABOUT the thousands of years before..."

Just went 40-3 on Metro Conquest, doing nothing but sniping with the L96 from the Russian spawn (and a bit near A). I swear, at least 30 of those kills were headshots.

The bolded parts, plus the fact that she is hardcore into (what I assume is) illegal activities, leads me to suggest that you run for it. I don't condone drugs in any way (my opinion, do what you want I guess), so I'd say stick with your original values.
