I hated when we had to read out loud in high school. I'm a generally fast reader, and listening to other people read aloud bores me, which makes me tired. So either I'd get sleepy, or read ahead, then get called on, resulting in me being confused as to where the last person left off. It's highschool for crying out loud. Yes, some of the people probably can't read for crap, but I think we are all grown up enough to read a text to ourselves.

My dad cancelled my current cellphone plan without telling me, so I have to go to the store to re-activate a plan under my name. It's been a hassle so far due to a: not having a credit card, and b: I forgot my SS number, which is required to set up an account. So paying the bill will be a little odd.

Actually, I don't believe it does. The whole "Burden of proof" thing is just stupid if you ask me. An Atheist can claim "There is no god. How do I know? I just believe there isn't, I don't need any proof." Essentially pulling the same argument any other theist would pull. "I don't need proof, I have my faith, YOU bring the evidence!" Another thing I have asked one of the local pastors/religious parents that I am friends with, is that if the human race ever achieves space colonization, and the said "rapture" does happen... Where will it happen? The Bible states only for Earth (technically)... So will all other Christians be "left behind", and all other colonized planets be left alone as Earth is destroyed?

Something (slightly off topic...) I would like to know is... If someone suddenly started claiming he/she were Jesus reborn, would anybody (the papacy especially) really believe that person? Even if said person performed "miracles", would people claim he/she were really a demon or imposter of some sort? I'm not religious myself (I really don't care about religion much), but I do believe that if God is real, God is a woman/would take a woman form.

Can't you also get in a bit of trouble for withholding information when something illegal is being done? Actually, I just checked. If the crime is discovered, you can indeed be charged for withholding information. But if it's not, you aren't obligated to report it.

Using "can" in that sense is correct. It isn't an error. People just assume it's incorrect. There's a really long response as to what sense you are using "can", but I forgot what it was... And I'm usually asking the "hey, can I do (whatever)" question.

Looks interesting. I'll probably get it eventually, but mostly for the campaign. I've never really liked the Halo multiplayer, and really only play when my friend comes over.

Just ordered a new pair of gloves, as my old, similar pair were worn and had a bunch of holes (to the point that I had to wear a smaller pair of gloves underneath them), and were getting really uncomfortable after about six years of use. Couldn't get full military-grade gloves though, as ordering those requires a military/government ID.

I'm guessing this is how the story will go. It opens to Woods telling someone (probably Mason or someone from BO1) about "how it all went to shit" and crap. Then it goes to some unspecified country, where a new uprising has begun, and the leader of said uprising REALLY HATES THE U.S. (go figure). Somehow, he/she manages to get the "keys" to all of the robots and crap. Then it cuts to that hovercraft landing on the landing pad, with you piloting it (not for real though, scripted event) on a carrier somewhere near L.A.. You get out, talk with some guys, then suddenly that UAV drone thing does a bombing run on that boat. You fall in the water bleeding, look out, and see a mass of robots/boats heading for L.A., leading up to the newest attempt at an invasion of the U.S. (for whatever reason...). Then you do a bunch of things in L.A./somewhere in California or Western U.S. as Woods/some new no-face hero/AC-130 gunner/UAV pilot, then find out the only way to stop the robots and the uprising leader, is to head out to the desert, where the control tower/Robot defence grid/EMP launcher is. And since you have no real vehicles, you have to take HORSES (*facepalm* because robots with fire control systems couldn't POSSIBLY kill those in a few shots, right?). You get there, the leader is there, a quick time event happens with you two fighting, you start losing, and then BAM Woods is there to save your ass, and you stop the robots. Yay America!

It was pretty obvious they were going to go with a "Historical War -> Modern War -> Future War" path eventually... And it looks like Dominic Santiago from GoW makes an appearance too! >.>

I reeeeeeally hate TDM/any of the squad gametypes, so I've only done that once. But I did get around 15-20ish claymore kills. But yea... I hate those gametypes. Especially TDM on Kharg Island... *shudder* Edit: decided to troll some snipers, so I slapped on a rifle scope and bipod to my MG36 and went to town. Really effective when you use single fire. Edit edit: got the claymore dog tags finally, after going 48 and 10 on SAK. Was intense. My new goal is to get 100 kills with each weapon, minus the AA launchers/javelin/SVD/pistols except the Raffica.

~7000 normal support score + support service star. 30 ribbons. 7566 additional points. 49/6 for a k/d. I love Seine Crossing :) 33 more claymore kills left to get. I hope I get more games like that last game, when I got ~15 kills. I think I made a few people rage quit. Post game stats.

My friend just got a quad-kill with the claymore. I was standing just outside, and was nearly killed by it myself. On a side note, 95 40ish more kills till the dog tags. Taking a while... Love me my M16. Also taken a liking to using the AS VAL while running support, since I don't like using machine guns anymore (except the RPK).
