Steam Summer Sale.
Mount and Blade + MaB Warband are the best of the series. With Fire and Steel was meh. Haven't played Napoleonic Wars, but it certainly looks very interesting. I'd say for $9, it's a good deal. Also, there aren't any signs as to what the next flash deal will be, but there is a "community's choice" part, where you can vote on which game out of three listed you want to be put on sale next.

Steam Summer Sale.
Does Steam not download games very fast for anyone else? I'm get ~7 mb/s download speed, but Steam is only downloading games at ~3-4 mb/s. It's very frustrating, as I'm not even half-way done downloading Shogun, which I started last night.

Terraria is a lot like minecraft, except more combat based and 2d obviously. You can squeeze a lot of playtime out of it for that low price and can play online, i'd say it's worth it. I've got a tonne of indie games already that I haven't played, though. I'm really torn. It's so cheap but it might just be pointless to get >.< Damn you steaaaaam! It's such an awesome game. If you enjoy Minecraft, or have an artsy side (which, IIRC, you do) when it comes to making/building things, you'll love it. Even if you don't play it much/often, for $2, it's not a huge deal. Trust me, get it. I've decided to get Sanctum and Shogun 2. I'd really love to get my hands on the origional Shogun, but I guess this'll do. 12 hour download for Shogun, about an hour or two for Sanctum. Bleh.

That DayZ must be more popular than I thought if ARMA2 is the top seller so far.

Why PC Gaming Sucks
Civilization Revolution was a pretty good game, even though it wasn't as in-depth as it's computer siblings.

Was going to poke fun at The Big Lebowski, but that last sentence killed any chance I had... In other news... Why must lockpicking sets be so difficult to order online... Also, my green laser pointer + Mega Bloks Warthog should arrive today. Just have a few other things I'm waiting on. Should have everything by Friday/Monday. I really wish UPS shipped things on Saturdays.

The new champ looks a lot like Queen of Thorns from Demigod...

So... apparently there is a glitch on Operation Metro that lets you get into the ceiling above B, on the second set of MCOMs. C4 can kill enemies.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
I miss the old posting setup. Just a couple of buttons for link, media, images, etc. Now there are a ton of new ones that don't seem to be useful/are rather vague in what they do... Especially the new link button. Can't even add a description of the site you're linking to, like before. Maybe I just haven't explored them enough.

League of Legends
I really hate not being level 30. No runes, only partly filled masteries... bleh. Grinding out bot games since I don't like playing this type of game without my friends. And I wish we could have more than 10 mastery pages. Also found this little gem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fl-4bnMCY58&feature=g-all-f (man this new posting setup is annoying... no media button, no link button like before... bleh)

Finally managed to find someone who sells a Mega Bloks Anniversary Edition Halo Warthog online. I'm a sucker for Legos, and large, detailed models are freaking sweet, so this + the Falcon (which I already have) are pretty cool to have. Also picked up seasons 1-4 of Burn Notice. I've watched some of season 4 on tv, and loved it, and would recommend the series to everyone. In other news, my computer keeps lagging every few seconds. Very annoying.

League of Legends
It's very glitchy. Sometimes he will jump straight up in the air and do damage, but not move at all. Another time he didnt jump or move at all, just straight up did damage, plus I was targeting someone behind a wall. And he can get pushed back by another Jayce while mid-air. Just lots of little things like that.

I personally enjoy playing Twisted Fate (he the first champion I bought). I'm not that great at LoL, but TF seems to fit my support/defensive playstyle. Jax and Cait are also very fun to play, which is surprising, since I despise melee in this game. In other news, Jayce seems pretty glitchy, especially his melee Q. Did Riot pull another Darius and not playtest their champ at all?

I personally think Seanbaby writes some of the best Cracked articles ever. I remember when I used to read the EGM magazine, and would look for his article immediately.

I was up for about 42 hours before I finally got to go to bed this morning, but it was worth it. Had to work Friday, stayed up through the night and helped my friend's parents yesterday (made $40), then went to my best friend's house to hang out, since he had apparently gotten back from Basic Reconnaissance School. We hung out, got some pizza, he told us some stories, messed with some sparklers, and then we all played Halo Reach (there were five of us there playing). Left at about 5:00 this morning. Good times. One of the funniest stories he told us was when he and his squad were patrolling, and saw the OPFOR students coming along. They all got off the road, and his squad leader decided that they were going to take one of them "hostage", and told my friend to make a bunch of noise so one of them would come over and look. So while the squad got in position, he rustled a bush, which got on of them with a flashlight to come over. You could see the flashlight in the dark walking, then suddenly a loud WHUMP, and he was gone. Eventually the rest of the OPFOR squad came looking for him, and my friend's squad "killed" them and took their clothes, eventually taking the guy who drove the OPFOR students to and from the exercise hostage. He had nothing to do with the exercise at all, too. My friend's supervisor thought it was hilarious.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread
I think it depends on you doing both sides of the story. I haven't played much, so I have no idea how long the Dawnguard side takes, but from what I learned from Roosterteeth doing a This is... on it, it's around 10 hours or so for the vampire side. Not including leveling up your vampire/werewolf powers, doing the new random quests, etc. Like I said, $20 is pushing it. $15 would've been fine.
