  1. Far more xp (due to Piety), they give more money, (they just are, plus faster kills) and you get charms. And I don't think they're called spiritual warriors. Edit: You don't need solid rates, really. You just have to know one is better in almost all aspects. Armoured is a tiny bit more attention demanding, because you have to use the altar every couple of minutes.
  2. One more level 99 familiars, or a few more would be great. 45 inventory spaces/20 hp per scroll, anyone? (Overpowered, I know.) ;)
  3. Armoured zombies are better.
  4. Are you talking about Black dragons? So you lose 250k cash, but you save alot of time. The problem with them is that they give extremely low xp. Baby black dragons takes 15-20 minutes, and gives at least 20 hides and bones if you have a tortoise. That's a whole 80k gp for 20 minutes. You get 250k in an hour. And you get much more xp. Even if you only kill the Green dragons while you're waiting, it's better. If it's not, then you should kill the Green dragons, then. Of course, these are huge estimations, but you get the point.

Firemaking, as it is exactly the same in F2P.

Exactly, I can't believe the amount of people that say slayer is bad experience. It's not, unless you can only stand grinding your way through bandit after bandit (or whatever choice of dull enemy) gaining 80k+ an hour. Zammy brew + super strength + slayer helm is always more fun than grinding or powering your way to a level. Not to mention the charms you miss out on.. And also in response to the original post, saying that slayer is dangerous is a frankly lame excuse. Dangerous? Of course it's dangerous, you're fighting monsters often higher than you. But there are always ways around that. But since some people can't bear the thought they might have to use a bank on occasion, slayer sucks, right? And slayer is bad for training range? Maybe it's not great, no, but if you want to blow 30m on chins so you can claim you're a range master (because you have a spare 30m), fine, but what does that have to do with slayer? How is it slayer's fault you can't blitz your way through range levels with some explosive red squirrels? I still love slayer and always will, and I'll continue recommending it over any other form of combat training. You are definetely being completely biased for Slayer. You're using horrible examples for non-slayer. You can get 100k+ cash + 100k+ xp/hour, much more than Slayer, and it comes with good charms. (armoured zombies) Ditch the chins, and make that Aviansies. You can make 400k+ cash/hour, along with very good xp. You don't miss out on Charms, as you can make up charms with the time saved. There is no doubt you gain faster xp, charms, and money from non-slayer.
  7. Check out my Slayer/Summon guide in my siggy. For thieving, try doing Thugs/Master farmers/Guards. Mage, just alch. Agility should be common sense. Use bolts for Slayer tasks.
  8. Yeah, even F2P can get them. (Cockroaches)

    Muscle? Leg? Dead? Hmm... SNAKEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. He made a thread a few days ago. He wants to keep his F2P stats (for whatever reason) but become P2P.
  11. Who actually smiths Rune anyways?
  12. you mean 12hp? 12 hp, but it gives half of a pot, therefore it gives 24 hp. No each dose heals 6HP so 2 doses heal 12HP. Barbarian potions only come in 2 doses so thats 12HP per inventory slot. But it comes with half of a Potion. Technically, it comes with 12 hp/inv. However, it gives half of a potion too, so shouldn't it be considered half of an inventory?
  13. You should start doing sharks at around ~85.

  15. Doesn't that make it even harder?
  16. If you remove the opinion or "Fun" factor, Slayer will still be on top.
  17. Just remember it, lol. You'll get it after a few tries. I'll post Zarfot's if I have the time.
  18. I didn't say it's the hardest, ilovecardj did. But wait... what skill in RS is "hard?" Slayer is as c lose as it gets. Sure, it's the same as hp, but it comes at a slower xp rate due to the fact that you must kill what you are assigned. What, then, determines what the "hardest" cape is? Length? Cost? No, it should be a mixture of those, in which Slayer comes at the very bottom.
  19. 125+ is low, to be honest. You do make alot of money with Slayer. I admit that it is overrated, b ut not in that sense. It is the best method to train, as it gives slayer xp. Nobody says it's hard... well, besides a few tasks. But the fact that you say it is just a long, boring, and the easiest cape is pretty ignorant. It is, in fact, the hardest cape, due to it's low xp/hour, plus it's minimal profit compared to RC. (2nd hardest.) This is not an opinion.
  20. you mean 12hp? 12 hp, but it gives half of a pot, therefore it gives 24 hp.
  21. Super expensive, very little (almost non existant) supply. This is true. Use Dark bow spec for K0, but you should use R cbow or Rune knives for damaging.
  22. There is no way in hell Smithing makes more than Monsters.
