  1. [hide=]Lower bonuses? You lose 2 prayer bonus for the sara item, and you dont even pray to kill them. There's no real loss. If you want xp do not kill spirit mages, their awfull exp compared to all the other alternatives we have today. They're not seperated as long as you know where to kill them, but I'll give you the part about combat familiars, but if you subbed out some bunyips for strawberries+comb familiars, you'd just have to bank after a couple hundred kills. But all to their own, do whichever you feel more comfortable with.[/hide] I was referring to the loss of a Amulet. Also, they are obviously more seperated than the Zamorak mages, especially if you plan to kill a good amount/hour. And so what if your not gaining xp as fast as other location? That doesn't affect the fact that you lose a good amount of xp/hour. It's all about Zammy :twss:
  2. Don't kill monsters for herbs. Herb farm instead, while killing a monster such as Green dragons, and buy herbs with that money.
  3. In all honesty, it's even more confusing. Try to use only white colors for the majority of your text, but highlight the headings in a single color.
  4. All barrows sets? Get rid of torags, it has the same def as Dharok.

Lot's of people are dropping out. :?
  6. Err... what? I use void+whip+rune defender+salve (e) to train and I use guthans to heal, it only takes a few kills to get back to full health. Anyway, thanks for the help, good to know they stack. Err what? Those few kills doesn't amount up to the time lost using guthans when you could have gotten even more kills using a Whip. Don't use void, the bonuses are miniscule, and the time lost > time gained. Just because you need a few kills, it makes all the difference...
  7. I love it when new guides are made, it's great reading them. So, I'll start my constructive critism... Don't use too much abbreviations. "AoG" and "AoD" makes the guide much more complicated than it has to be, when you could just spend an extra ~30 seconds to use the replace function on word, or 3 to do it manually. Also, try to make the guide easier on the eyes. Use different sizes and colors to make the sections easier to read. The overall format isn't that great, try to work on that.
  8. Really? I usually get 1/200, I'm guessing they nerfed it. Also, don't go to sara. Less bonuses due to bad equipment, very seperated, lowered xp due to not being able to get 100% kills, and you can't use a combat familiar.
  9. Efficiency is a fact. [hide=]Money made from method 1-2 Xp gained/hour from method 2- method 1 * Amount of xp gained from method 2/ method 1 There should be a number like 120k, or the like. That means if you make over 120k gp/hour, you should go to the other spot.[/hide] Heres an example: Messy sooo.... sorry if you can't understand it. 100k/hour, 40k gp lost 70k/hour, 150k gp gained 30k/hour * 190k gp gained So if you value your time more than 271k/hour (who doesn't?) than go to Zombies. If not, go here. And when I said tell the benefits of each method, I didn't mean take out the basics. I mean just add which is ACTUALLY better which is, of course, Iron. If I do Coal, IIRC it should be around 50k.
  10. Verac's defence is very low as well. Theres no competetion, godswords are better. Can verac's be a suitable replacement for the poorer? Yes.
  11. Wait? Since when was mage as strong as melee or range? :|
  12. Top - Torags, Dharoks, guthans Legs - Dharok, Torags, Veracs (-range, + pray) Those are the exact same stats as Torags. People don't hate torags. Unless your level 60's training at Experiments or somewhere of that "level"
  13. Along with the Battle axes, Maces, and many, many more! Seriously, although there has to be "useless" weapons... there just has to be. You can't 100% balance a game completely.
  14. Fact vs belief? Take fact. High level + low def monster = Str. Anything else, just wear a power ammy.
  15. Uhh... no. The only reason they are priced so high is not as much due to their rarity but because it is a "merchant's market." Also, I would like to comment that Bandos top and Verac's skirt outpreforms every other setup... besides maybe the tassets, but they're defence is uber low.
  16. Yes, you are wrong. The weapon in question is the leaf-bladed sword, not to be confused with the leaf-bladed spear. And the zamorakian spear has the same speed as a whip. Yeah, it's the same speed. all that explanation for nothing... I'm pretty sure everybody knows that D2H's and godswords aren't good for training, lol.
  17. Sell the bolts, get a black mask, and melee.
  18. I agree with Wineo, but for different reasons. They're hp/def is just too low to really take advantage of the benefits that Void gives. Also, guthans is EXTREMELY slower than the whip, much more than 10%. So if you have to use guthans, don't use void.
  19. It's a well written guide, and it has some good info in there too. However, as every good guide writer discovers, it's not a good thing to just list facts. For example... [hide=]Pros of This Method: You will level very fast until you reach your target goal. You will be able to gain profits from high level ores sooner. You will not have to remain in crowded low level spots for much longer. Cons of This Method: You will not earn any profit until 70-85 mining. You will have to put up with dropping one ore after another.[/hide] Well, you gave some obvious information. However, there is no proof to support this. DON'T BE AFRAID TO SAY INFORMATION, even though it might attract some critism from the illiterate. Basically, you CAN say NEVER MINE HERE unless you just really want to. You CAN say mining Adamant, mithril, coal is just plain stupid and inefficient. That's what seperates a useful guide and a KB guide. Also, [hide=]Level 50-70 Ores You Have Access to (F2P): Copper (Level 1) Tin (Level 1) Rune Essence (Level 1) Clay (Level 1) Blurite (Level 10) Iron (Level 15) Silver (Level 20) Coal (Level 30) Gold (Level 40) Mithril (Level 55) Adamant (Level 70) Picks You Have Access to (F2P): Bronze (Level 1) Iron (Level 1) Steel (Level 6) Mithril (Level 21) Adamant (Level 31) Runite (Level 41)[/hide] is kinda useless, maybe just add what you gained, if even that. I'm pretty sure everybody knows when they can mine Adamant, lol. If I were to rewrite the cons and pros, for example (Definetely don't put this word for word in your guide, lol. Just an example) [hide=]Pros of This Method: You will level very fast until you reach your target goal. You will be able to gain profits from high level ores sooner. It is actually much more efficient than banking ores. In fact, powermining is much more efficient than every other single method out there! (Remember, efficiency = what matters the most when trying to write a guide. However, you must take other factors into consideration, such as how much attention is needed, how "fun" it is, ect.) Cons of This Method: You will not earn any profit until 70-85 mining. You will have to put up with dropping one ore after another. (Much more clicking involed) Also known to be extremely tedious.[/hide] Remember, this is just some constructive critism from a fellow guide-writer. Wether you decide to utilize this information or not is your choice. I hope this guide does becomes a good guide. Best of luck to you.
  20. True that. So I guess the inferiority of the Leaf sword is determined...
  21. Yeah, they really do suck. Wait, Laura... Omgwtfbbqcancurmiceattcks
  22. Whip, zombie gorillas. Although I would seriously just slay and use controlled... #-o
  23. The quality of the information passed my expectations, as even famous 1-99 guides usually use bad info... 10/10!
  24. They stack, wierdly enough.
