  1. The way I'm seeing this: 1. You're taking hints that she's into you when she actually isn't into you. 2. She is comfortable with you as a friend, therefore has no troubles inviting you to her own events, and being a bit more personal (this is what I see.) 3. She doesn't want to hurt Gary's feeling so she lied to him about liking you. 4. She isn't willing to date anyone because she is not allowed, therefore she is trying to keep contact with you, but being a bit shy about it. (This could also be happening). or 5. She's into Gary. If I were you, I'd go to the play and gouge her interest in you there (although she'll be probably be on the stage), see if she has any interest on you. I am so trying that :shades: One of my biggest problems when flirting with girls is asking her for her number, this should be a rather amusing way to fix this.
  2. I've started hearing rumours of either Chris Paul or Dwight Howard joining the Lakers. I dissmissed them as nothing more than rumours, but am VERY intrigued on how amazing the Lakers would be with either of them.
  3. I'm not too much of a fan of the Clippers, but that's because I find Sterling to be a giant idiot.
  4. [bit of spoilers if you don't follow WoW news below] While I agree with you, word is around town that there will be a a bit of conflict in Kalimdor and maybe Eastern Kingdoms, all we know so far is that Theramore is being destroyed.
  5. Buckethead - Soothsayer
  6. Mists of Pandaria is an expansion dedicated to pretty much solely advancing the Alliance/Horde conflict. Resubbed for Patch 4.3 with some friends, enjoying it so far, picked up the Annual Pass, too. To support that... source: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/game/mists-of-pandaria/ While I still find this expansion cheesy, I have come to terms with the idea of a new expansion, however Blizzard won't get my money because I find I am a bit burned out.
  7. The reasoning why I suggested a formal apology letter is less for apologizing to the girl, and more for getting the parents off his ass. I cannot stress enough the part explaining what happened in your eyes. It is apparent they don't want him anywhere near their house or their daughter, so by mail would be best. It shows that he understands that the girl needs space. If you truly believe that her parents are willing to pursue legal action, better get it settled before it gets into court and wasting dollars. If you think it was an empty threat, just forget everything about the letter and it will blow over, just don't expect to strike up a conversation with the girl or her friends any time soon. Oh, and writing a letter also makes it look like you are an alright guy who made only one stupid mistake in your life. (Sorry if all of my ideas are in a mess and out of order, I have a lot to say and don't know how to say it without writing a book.)
  8. Pandaren existed before Kung Fu Panda (since Warcraft 2). I believe Blizz when they said that adding Pandaren into the game was something that was long overdue and that people wanted (I did). Besides, they have yet to tackle Chinese lore. They've already done Norse and Egyptian.
  9. If I were you, I'd write a formal apology letter to her and her parents, explaining what happened in your eyes, but that you deeply regretted what happened. To be honest, your case reminded me of this one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kobe_Bryant_sexual_assault_case Here's the statement he released through his attorney, and the part of it that is most relevant to your situation: This is what I'd do, but others might disagree with my methods.
  10. Lynyrd Skynyrd - I Need You
  11. When will the Raptors be relevant? The fact that they are in an entirely different country really screws them over when it comes to people wanting to play here. That and the fact that MLSE wants to maximize profits while minimizing wins.
  12. Runehead/RSC/Curse had such a monopoly on the clan world a new memberlist would have done nothing to make tip.it more prominent. By the way, aren't we a bit off topic here? Anyway, gratz Killerred
  13. I killded thread? Well, 4.3 sounds like it will be interesting, but I am a bit worried that Deathwing will be killed too son. As for Firelands, did my first FL raid yesterday. Came back to WoW three weeks ago, and joined another guild where most of my old one migrated to. I've also played my warrior more often now, and I find I enjoy cleaving everything in the vicinity. When I joined this new guild, we had two full raid groups, so there was no space for me in them. However, I got to replace the other hunter yesterday on Majordomo, and proceeded to top the charts. Funny how my first FL kill is the penultimate boss.
  14. Stand by me - Ben E. King. I feel nostalgic today.
  15. Wow, wasn't it like 57m last year?
  16. Personally, I'd say you've been on Facebook for too long. That sounds like something some girl would write on her wall. I, for one, find that in this state of "self confidence" and ignorance of the opposite sex tends make the girls more shy of me. They still laugh when you make a joke, but they don't really speak back too much. Maybe that's just me not recognizing something. To be quite honest, when i reflect on the past year, I find that this ignorance has made me an arrogant and cynical guy towards the world and people in general. Well damn it, think I've made a Facebook-like post myself <_<
  17. Maybe she wants to take it slow. RPG, you should explain yourself before they find out, so you get to make your case. Now she'll probably not let you say a word. You have to be aware that if you're not going to play by the rules people are used to, you have to give them a hint at least. I know that. Hell, I knew that. i just didn't really care. The whole situation is dumb on top of dumber. @Omar/harrinator/istoIlethepie/whatever At 17 you should have a job and be saving for a car. Bum ;) Some places require you to be 18 before going for your licence. Also, some of us aren't allowed to buy ourselves a car when making money. Just small things and the rest goes to our college funds.
  18. I was incredibly surprised. It's sad that such a charismatic man had to die months after he achieved what no one before him was able to (within the NDP.) Out of all the NDP leaders, I'd put him second best behind J.S. Woodsworth. hell, I'd say he matched him politically.
  19. Buckethead - Soothsayer For a guy wearing a KFC bucket on his head, he makes awesome songs.
  20. If you hear someone yelll in real life, that's probably me. Oh, and now whenever I rest my left hand while on the computer, it now rests just over the WASD keys. Ring finger on "A", middle finger on the "W", and index finger on "D".
  21. Black Keys really opened my eyes, tbh. Really thought good rock and blues was dead. Then i heard the Black Keys. As for genres, 70's Rock, and Blues. If the song has a heavy and powerful guitar riff, and maybe even a solo or Free Bird-style Duet, I'm hooked. I've strayed away from those genres ocassionally, for example I really liked Pendulum's earlier songs, even if they were Drum'n'Bass.
  22. Hahahhahhaa, whatwhatwhat? :P I don't know what they put in your coffee when you were here, but. You mean by the big statue of the viking? :P Yeah. There was a crazy gypsy looking woman who led a dancing troupe by the statue. She might just have been passing through, who knows. I thought you were joking about the gypsy lady. I really did. The only thing I know about Trondheim is that the NTNU is located there.
  23. Last time I've even seen a Burger King was 3 years ago. I never notice them. Although I do like the fact that Burger King has the guts to admit they stole from McD's; I'm so buying from them just because they don't lie like most other fast food stores.
  24. How the hell is Britney Spears on the list!?
  25. decebal replied to Nomrombom's topic in Off-Topic
Even more so. They're literally everywhere. Tim Hortons is a combination in between Dunkin' Donuts, a corner store, and a church, but mass is every single morning just before work.
